Just went here yesterday to look at a vehicle I was interested in buying. There was actually a few I planned on looking at today as I’ve been considering going here due to the reviews and closeness. This morning, one of the car salesmen decided to flick fingers and profanity while in moving traffic which has completely detoured my idea of purchasing considering it was a vehicle that was being sold by the business

I bought a 2005 Prius from 4 Below Auto Sales in Willow Groove, PA. After I purchased the vehicle I took it to a Toyota Dealer and had them do a thorough evaluation. As a result I would not recommend purchasing from 4 Below Auto Sales to anyone for the following reasons: 1) The vehicle was not suppose to have been in an accident. It turned out that it had been struck in the front and among several other things the radiator was cracked and leaking. 2) The rear brakes were frozen open and the front brakes while working needed to be replaced along with the rotors. It appears that the vehicle had been sitting for a long time on moist unpaved ground. The sway bars front and back are deeply corroded and must be replaced. 3) The heater was not working and as result in in a cold rain driving to the Toyota Dealer the windows kept fogging up and I had to pull off the road several times to wipe them off. 4) The muffler is being replaced because it is all taped together, corroded and carbon monoxide could leak into the cab 5) The electric door looks will not take a command from either of the keys provided so the car cannot be locked at this time. I purchased this car on an As Is Basis so I foolishly must except all responsibility yet I believe I should have been told the vehicle had been in an accident and from a safety stand point I should have been warned about the condition of the brakes. I am sending you this note to you because I believe people should be alerted to the practices of 4 Below Auto Sales in Willow Groove, Pa. I paid $5000.00 for this automobile and currently I am investing a little over $2000.00 to make it safe and runnable. The vehicle should not have sold for more than $3700.00 and the buyer warned of its safety issues. At $3700 the cost for a 2005 Prius with repairs would still be close to $6000.00. An individual who did not have it expertly evaluated would have been at great risk and if they could not afford to make the critical repairs would be stuck with an unsafe vehicle.

be very careful when buying from here, they will sell you rusted vehicles that will give you a lot of trouble later. inspect very well or buy somewhere else

I purchased an SUV from this guys without realizing that the whole frame is rot. Be extremely careful about buying from them. Look somewhere else if possible

One year ago my husband and I bought a Toyota 4Runner from this place. He drives it minimally since he has a short commute to work. This month we take it to get inspected and are told it's extremely unsafe due to the rusting frame and that we should junk it. The picture says it all. this hole is bigger than a baseball. This could not have happened in a years time.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here without your own mechanic or someone you trust checking it prior to. I purchased a Jeep Liberty Sport in March 2017 and it has given nothing but problems since it left the lot. To not over exaggerate, 1 day after purchase it overheated on my way to NY once I had made it to my destination the coolant ran out from underneath the car and started smoking due to the liquid coming in contact with the engine. I immediately called the shop and made them aware of the situation and their response was to drive it back to their shop so they could make the repair. REALLY?! Drive an overheating car 200 miles to fix a repair on the car that was purchase 1 DAY prior!! The advise was incredibly neglegent and could have resulted in major injury had I been stalled on the highway. I declined and took it to a local repair shop which when we both looked under the hood found many wires spliced together with duct tape that were operating the fan (which I also have pictures documenting this) I called Sarah and advised she would need to settle payment for the fix with the Mechanic in NY and she fought the cost up until I threatened to report the incident (i also have this transaction receipt as well) Their after a series of major repairs have been made out pocket for issues that were blantanly overlooked by the dealership. The car still has the overheating issue and after a week of back and forth she agreed to once again pay for the repair because they did not wish to pay for the tow to get it back to their dealership. When it came time for the estimate she disappeared with now contact to either myself the mechanic or parents after calling several times to her cell and shop. These people are dishonest and have sold a vehicle that was not in any shape to be driven. I would understand if I needed repairs down the road but 1 day after the car was bought, it breaksdown. There is no accountability. If you have other options seek them out first.

I wouldn't reccomend this dealer to my WORST ENEMY. 5 months ago in June my wife & I purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Beetle. Before we drove it off the lot we discovered several problems that they said they would fix. Specifically the gas tank door wouldn't open. They needed to order a switch. Over the course of 5 months we got the run around and excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't find and then install this switch. On Wednesday November 15th we were informed that not onl
