I came here because my phone was defecting and my technician AL was very informative and helpful! I received great customer service when I got in. The wait wasn’t that long I’d say it was about 25-35 minutes but I walked out with my phone working and not defecting! I was scared at first because of the reviews but pray and ask God ( YAH ) to put you with the right people and he will make that happen!

The worst customer service ever! We were talked to like two small kids who did something wrong — all we wanted was to trade in our phones! The lady told us they were going home in 20 minutes and didn’t have time for that, and that we should come back tomorrow but not later than 7, even though they close at 8. Seriously? Isn’t that your job? Unbelievably rude and unprofessional experience.

Apple Willow Grove Park just provided me with the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! I received tech support from staff who are absolutely prepared to answer every question. And every tech specialist had a vibe that said “I really like my job.” Kudos to Bernard, Larry, and Celeste!

I wasted a ton of time trying to unlock my ipod touch, only to find out its now useless. It seems that apple would rather their devices eventually become completely unusable at a certain point, rather than be able to just do the simple thing I want to do with this thing, play the music that I uploaded to it years ago, as any electronic product like this should. In fairness the woman that tried to assist me did nothing wrong. But after losing all that content (much of it personal content that cant be recovered) im done with their stuff

I recently purchased a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro 512GB, and it has been functioning well. However, I recently discovered a significant issue: there’s a gap between the screen and the phone itself. I believe this generation of iPhones has some protection issues.
I approached the manager to inquire about a replacement, but despite the phone’s cost of $99 to fix, I declined to pay out of pocket. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, failing to listen to my concerns.
If there’s an option to give negative stars for this store, I would give it a negative 100. If you’re looking for a good service and shopping experience, I strongly advise against visiting this store.

MIKKI MIKKI MIKKI. Everyone should be helped by MIKKI. She is very knowledgeable, entertaining, down to earth and all around ALL THAT. My MacBook has a small crack on the inside and once she called my name to assist me I was on a launching pad. Because I was finna go off in a good way. This young lady MIKKI has been the best person I have EVER DEALT WITH. She told me things that no other employee has ever told me. So she is definitely top tier, this isn’t a matter of opinion THIS IS A FACT! She needs to be cloned! The wait time didn’t even bother me because I seen her help multiple people so I couldn’t even be upset. She deserves A RAISE AND PROMOTION

I had the worst experience of any Apple Store I’ve been to. First we waited 45 minutes for the privilegie of spending a lot of money to buy 2 Apple Watches. The person who helped us was clearly not well trained in the product or in serving customers. He never asked us which phones we had and after spending close to $1,0000 on 2 watches, my partner discovered her iPhone 11 would not support her Watch and she had to return it. Our salesperson was not familiar with the watches’ features and could not easily answer questions.
We were not given any help in using the app, putting on a band, nothing. Very disappointing. As a shareholder and customer, I expect better from Apple.
