I visited there earlier and got bad service no one ever takes care of you and your needs you have to go and ask by yourself after waiting around 10-15 minutes for nothing. Some of them are unfriendly. So I had to leave and visit to another store

Visited this location today because my mother and father both stopped by and purchase 3 Iphone 15 pro Max's w one apple watch and they exaggerated the exceptional services they received. Moreover, I made a appointment today via genius bar, stood around for 10 mins and then decided to go ask one of the 5 employees sitting around for help. The female rep I had was professional but unfriendly. she then quoted me a price of 740 for repairs on my mobile device... 3 hours later I visit KOP location and paid 549 . Please always price check before visiting this location

My favorite Apple Store to come to. Super friendly and helpful staff. Maria was super awesome tonight helping me purchase and set up my beautiful new iPhone 15 Pro Max! A super easy and fun experience. Thank you Maria!! And thank you to the other staff member who grabbed me and my husband chairs while we waited for my new phone to setup!! You guys rock! :)

Called store to ask if they'd replace Series 7 batteries at 81% health, since my watch can't make it a full day without charging anymore. I was told to come into the store and pay $99 to have it replaced. Fine, no problem.I get to the store. After waiting for 20 mins past my scheduled appointment, I'm told that since my watch is at > 80% health, the battery cannot be replaced because it would be "wasteful". The support person then immediately proceeds to suggest that I buy a new Apple watch instead.You've wasted my time (and gas) to make the trip to the store, and you won't replace my battery with a 1% margin, yet you proceed to offer me an entirely new device. How much more wasteful can that get?! This is insanity.

They are the only people who deal with iPhone problems. Making an appointment is confusingOnce in the store the associates know what they are doing. Quickly understand the situation and usually emend the flawsIf making an appointment was not so hard to do, I’d give the store five stars

Vision Pro Pick up - Be prepared to spend an extended period of time to pick up an Vision Pro. They dont tell you upfront of the total time spend. They will tell you ...this is the 1st few days and not prepare... random management... this feels like waiting in line at the local social security office with the "Geniuses" ... plan for 2 hours to be safe.

I came in flustered and WORRIED - I thought I was on the brink of losing quite a few important things - but Danny and Andrew were my saviors!!! Started off at Danny who put the friend in friendly, then went to Andrew who put the G in Genius Bar. I could not be more thankful for their patience and big ol’ brains - honestly they are the best. Thank you again from a very relieved apple user!!
