I came to this store and Ali saved my opinion of AT&T after some terrible customer service from the AT&T service line. He was polite, friendly, attentive, and resolved the issue like an IT pro.

Horrible service, we came there and only one person was there, he was working with some other people and worked so slow, not even a greeting. We sat there for about 20 minutes and this man walks so slow.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon as I unfortunately washed my iphone. I was greeted the minute I walked in with this lovely lady named Ebony. I bought a new Iphone and she sat there with me for over two hours and transferred all of my information to my new phone. She was so very patient and super nice too.
I couldnt be happier and so happy that Ebony there to assist me.

Gross when AT&T insists you HAVE to go in this store, you walk in to 3 employees only twiddling thumbs in a huge empty store and they are still rude and nasty to us.

Ron was so pleasant and professional. He took the time to understand my needs and the needs of my family and got me a wonderful deal. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and valued. I wouldn't ever go to another att rep after the service I got from Ron. Incredible experience and I will recommend him to all my friends.

Went to this store to upgrade my parents’ phones. Vivian was great! She was very helpful in getting our order in. Since the phones they wanted were not in stock, she placed the order for us and made sure we were taken care of.
Came back a few days later for the actual upgrade and Austin helped us out. He was great as well! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable!
Great store and customer service! Highly recommend the store!

Angel was so amazing with our service! When we went in he was very busy but made sure to greet us and help us with all our questions. He was very patient while we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. He was also extremely informative which helped us make a better, informed decision. My 6 year old son was with me and he even interacted with him as if he knew him already. Truly great and friendly service!!

Ron is the best sales rep at AT&T. He is always willing to help with any issues that I have and always accessible via phone even after I leave the store.

I had a really disappointing experience at this AT&T store. Walked in needing help, but the staff was too busy dealing with their inventory to acknowledge me. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”—just completely ignored. After waiting around, someone finally decided to talk to me, only to politely tell me they were out of stock and that I should go to the Apple Store instead. If you’re looking for customer service, don’t waste your time here.

One of the best experiences I have ever had in any cell phone store. Spent more time enjoying my conversation with Ron than I did actually conducting business. I was in and out, and I went in to completely switch phone providers. I would recommend everyone go visit this ATnT location you will no regret it
