As soon as the representative saw me, he called me over to help me. He did a great job, and even when my grown daughter had questions, he took the time to answer all of her questions. He helped us both with our problems and solved them. Thanks for hiring such a good and patient person who knows what their doing. I hope all the rest of your representatives have a work ethic like his.

Everything was perfect. Our sales person Christopher T was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and in my opinion as a store manager myself, he should be on your shortlist for promotion to manager.

AT&T has awful customer service. This store in particular didn’t have my order ready because it never carried over from placing the order online. They weren’t the friendliest when I popped in twice to check on my order. I had to cancel my order and when I came back the next day to place a new one they were definitely friendlier and quite helpful. Got me set up on two lines and applied the best pricing. Apparently their system was down so I ended up being charged $115 3 times. Tried with two cards and then paid cash. They said it was some kind of nationwide outage and assured me the money would go back to my cards because it went through on my end but they insisted it didn’t go through on theirs. I received one of the card charges back but didn’t receive the second one so essentially I paid twice. I’m hesitant to return with an issue given my first experience in the store and their CS hotline so I filed a dispute with my bank. If the charge isn’t reversed I’ll have to head back over and see what’s up. Really disappointing. I should’ve stayed with t-mobile. Their wifi air is also nothing but problems. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

After 4 hours on the phone arguing with customer service no employee decided to help, regardless of how visibly and audibly irritated they saw me. The next day they took back a free phone they charged me for and tried selling me a new one, increasing my bill by roughly $50.Att&t lies to get your money and charges you more to resolve any issues.

This AT&T store is filled with a bunch of liars and scammers. They sold me a BROKEN wifi box that was returned by a customer prior due to it not working and they still schemed me and sold me a box that does not work. I was mailed a replacement and these scammers began to charge my account for TWO wifi boxes along with 2 phone lines that I do not have. Do not shop with them you will regret it. They have refused to fix my bill. I had to contact my business bank and have them dispute all of these FRAUDULENT charges. This has impacted my business and made me lose so much money.

We had a wonderful experience at the store. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Jasmine who also was the associate who helped us. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service she provided was excellent.When other people came in after us, Jasmine greeted them and let them know that someone would be with them as soon as possible.

I came to the store to include two additional lines in my family plan, but I encountered a disconcerting situation. The sales representative added the lines but also provided a Direct TV packet, claiming it would essentially be a complimentary addition. Contrary to this assurance, my family plan wasn't reduced by the promised $84, and my initial Direct TV bill exceeded $90. Moreover, I'm now faced with an unexpected $460 early cancellation fee for the Direct TV service, adding an unwelcome layer of complexity to the situation.

I want to share my experience that my boyfriend, Bryant and I had while visiting this location. We walked into the store at 2:45pm and wasn't greeted by anyone. One woman associate who didn't have a name tag was working in the front at the first table. Another gentleman who also didn't have a name tag was at the next table working with two customers. Across at the next table over, there was another associate working with two more customers. At the middle table there were another two customers waiting and at the last table was another gentleman also waiting. There looked to be an online list that wasn't updated as customers walked in. At 3:10pm the young lady in the front was with her front customers, walked right in front of us and over to the other customers waiting. There was still no greeting or acknowledgement of us at this point. I decided to ask the associates as he was w align out and still no acknowledgement what his name was. He said, with not a care, Ronaldo. Then another associate was back in from off break and another gentleman walks in right after him that we find out is the manager. At this point, it's 3:28pm. When we begin to explain our concerns with the manager, he just say he apologizes. No care or concern for the matter. He just ask us our names so we can be added to the list. This is one of the worst customer service experiences we have had in quite some time. Being busy is understandable, but acknowledgment is necessary. There should have been a better system in place.

The salesperson Kimberly was incredibly rude.She watched TV the entire time she waited on us, even the commercials. Fortunately, I knew what I wanted thanks to a previous sales person, Mike, who was extremely helpful a few weeks ago. Kimberly was so rude that she offered us no additional help. I even had to ask her for a screen protector, which she did not even offer to put on the phone and I had to ask her how much it was, and how much it was for replacements. She should be fired.
