Lamont store manager in Austin the store employee were terrific, extremely knowledgeable, and very efficient and effective at explaining our plan and giving us a clear idea of how to manage our future communication needs. Keep these guys in the loop because if you don’t, we’re gonna follow them to the next store wherever they go.

Austin was very cool. He helped me with an issue with a new phone that I had purchased elsewhere. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He also worked hard to make sure nobody waited too long—balancing lots of tasks. If you go here, he’s great to work with.

Patient and knowledgeable staff. Austin was the best! They really walk an extra mile for you. At times, they may be short handed, so keep that in mind coming in, waiting time can vary, but I loved the service.

Regina and Austin are amazing! Regina spent hours with me trying to troubleshoot issues with my phone, she is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. When my replacement phone came Austin helped me download and transfer all my information to my new phone. Great location with excellent staff!

I experienced extreme difficulty at purchasing a new iPhone 16 pro max while going thru the importing of my current phone and watch from my present cell phone provider, to the AT&T provider. Due to the technician not entering to correct information our internet service was interrupted resulting in me canceling our new phone. It has now taken me 4 visits to cancel and still not received my refund. All this took place at the AT&T store on Easton Road in Willow Grove , across from the Mall. Bottom line, their service sucks!

I was have an issue with my phone not receiving text messages for almost 3 weeks. I had been to store after store after ATT store trying to get this fixed with no luck. Regina was INCREDIBLE and did not stop until she got my phone working again. She sat and tried option after option without sending me away like many other stores did. She was a rockstar and deserves so much positive feedback! Thanks again Regina
