Hands down one of the best Audi Dealerships I have been to, and I have been to plenty. Jostin & Mike are incredibly friendly & wonderful people. Though I did not buy anything from here I do come to look at the amazing inventory they have. Nice and clean spacious dealership.

I do not want to even give this dealership one star after my experience in buying a used car from them. I purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. After a few months my emergency brake light came on and when I read the manual it said take to the Mazda dealership immediately. I immediately took it to the Mazda dealership and they fixed the problem however the Mzda dealership said that whoever did the brakes last time ( which was Audi) pushed the pistons in while not in service mode causing the callipers and the electric parking brake wiring in the rear to need to be replaced. I paid Mazda $1261.72 to have thie fixed. I immediately went back to Audi to let them know they were at fault and I would like to get reimbursed. I even showed them written documentation from Mazda. Dennis and Rob said they would need to talk to Mazda first because they don't know how this could have actually happened.They never contacted Mazda and after 4 or 5 calls later and texts to Rob's cell phone no one ever called me back. When I went back to the dealership in person they said they were NOT going to reimburse me. Not only that, when I purchased the car they only gave me one key and they said they are working on getting me another key and that never happened either. Please STAY AWAY from this place. Horrible customer service and they are thieves!

Everything was great and I loved getting my car washed even thought it was an awful day to drive home, slushy, etc. I guess my only issue and it is minor is that if someone is going to change the stations on my car radio, please change them back to where I had them

As a veteran I have used dealerships all over the country for 10 years that I have owned Audi/VW cars. This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Always able to get me an appointment when I need it, work is done on time, no surprises with fees, and staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have been working with Sebastian for years and he is the best.

I had the worst experience at this Audi dealership in Fort Washington. I think my whole experience was racially driven. But whatever......I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN IN LIFE! Thank you to internet sales rep Ken! He did his best!
