Do not use their website to shop I’ve had issues with them canceling my orders claiming it’s out of stock then still selling it on their site. My card was also charged for the preorder just before receiving the notification it was cancelled. Now I have to contact my bank to get it removed since customer service was unable to assist. I was also told I could replace my order again through their website once when it was back in stock. This implied to me they have poor management of their site and inventory since I had the item preordered for over a month. The site is horrendous to use and you’re not even guaranteed your order regardless if it was preordered or not because I’ve had other orders cancelled claiming to be “out of stock” despite being available online. However, I’ve had positive experiences at their stores just Do Not use their website

The staff has always been so nice to me ever since the store first opened, and I visit all the time to pick up items that have been shipped to the store. If I need the item held for an extra few days because I'm out of town, they are always will to take my call and confirm that that's alright.
Can't wait to go back soon! :)

I ordered an item online, and choose pick up in store. I saw an email stating my item shipped over 4 days ago. I called at 6p.m. on weds 11/6/24, it rang about 5 times then they hung up. I called again same thing they picked up and hung up. I'm sorry did u not want to be bothered at your job by customers? You could have said hello this is so and so were really busy could you hold or call back in 20 mins? Do t just straight hang up that's not acceptable. Edit, I called 1 last time and same result. I even checked to make sure they weren't closing. No they close at 8. I'll change my review if they acknowledge and rectify the situation.

Bri & Toby are the sweetest staff I have ever been honored to meet & not to mention they are so incredibly helpful & friendly with my orders. They give me such a warm welcome when I walk in & are very understanding as well as kind throughout my purchases & always wish me well when I leave. Truly it is my favorite store to visit when I'm able to shop at Willow Grove & I always look forward to visiting them when I get the chance!

This store cashier jipped me.
I purchased a clearance item and on the tag it said $10.
I had $10 in rewards.
The cashier never told me the item had an additional sale , making the item only $6.
I lost $4 in rewards.
After I realized what happen, I asked if I could return the item and make another purchase to fully utilized my $10 reward, but this store manager was shady and would not honor that request .
I would recommend going to another location.

Boxlunch has some of the highest quality graphic pressing on tees and sweaters I've ever seen. All their prints are A level quality. Sizes vary depending on manufacturer. I usually wear a size small and sometimes here I need an xs cause the small is really like a medium. If you ship to store it takes forever but I never had any issues with quality. Great fandom merch and high quality graphics and stitching on all clothing I have come across.

Really friendly staff. But I have to apologize, I’m so sorry I really wanted a Ponyo sweater specifically but it wasn’t available in store. We tried ordering online but it didn’t go through after a lot of effort and a large line built up behind me. It did go through on my bank app though (which i did get refunded) and the staff was so helpful to me and even wrote the customer service line in case it didn’t. One even gave me a coupon for my next order. I know I caused panic in the cashier I went to but please if you’re reading this you were genuinely so helpful and i really appreciate it. Sometimes this stuff just happens and no one could prepare for it. Thanks so much for both cashiers help again

Very unprofessional staff. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask for help. The blond girl( I think her name is Samantha) was especially rude to me and my son while cursing on the sales floor
