The one employee was miserable and had a bad attitude. This is a store for little kids, maybe hire some cheerful workers. Besides that, my son did enjoy making his birthday bear. I do like that they offer that discount for kids during their birthday month.

We had a great experience there! Siani I think was her name helped us. She was awesome. Super nice!!
