Very friendly owner (Joe). I wanted advice on building a new PC. I 1st asked if he could do it, but unfortunately no longer. We shared very pleasant conversation, and will use his services in other future projects.

Joe saved me $180 that another store would have charged me just to open our computer for a diagnostic check. It had failed to start after a power outage). He tested the power supply, checked the motherboard and reset the system - and it booted up normally. He also gave me detailed advice about how to fix/maintain our noisy laptop fan. I asked how much I owe for his help and advice - and he said “just have a nice day!” He was friendly and professional; and clearly knows his way around malfunctioning computers. I’ll be going back to him for future computer problems.

I had a problem logging in to my bank website. Bank, virus protection people, and Dell could not fix it. Brought it to Classic Computers. Joe spent about 2 hours until he found the issue and fixed it. He also advised me that I would soon need to replace the SSD and showed me the part to order on Amazon. He has the necessary knowledge and equipment. And he's funny! Highly recommended.

Took an old Mac laptop with a “unrecoverable” hard drive to Joe on a whim, and could not have been more satisfied! He not only got ALL my data from the hard drive back, he gave me an extremely useful lesson on computer security and back up drives too. He also helped get the old laptop back up and running with a new hard drive and operating system. He was incredibly generous with his time and computer knowledge. This place is honest, excellent and fair - HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any of your computer needs!

Joe is incredibly knowledgeable about pcs, macs, and Linux machines and software. He saved me a lot of money by helping me restore my 2009 MacBook after I accidentally wrote over my hard drive. He also helped me set up Linux Mint on an external ssd without the typical boot issues with newer Ubuntu installs. Thanks Joe!!!

I've been away from the area for many years. I need my laptop check for tracking devices. They were so support and helpful. As far as I'm concerned, there's no other computer shop to consider in the area. The owner, Joe, knows his stuff and he's also a great guy and friend of the community. And that's not too common; I've been to other computer shops with smart technicians but whom have no people skills.
