I made an online order for same day delivery. I'm not sure why it didn't come from my closest location but my order was delivered by the Willow Grove CosmoProf. I have to say, this was the best package I ever opened! Not only did they send free samples but the sweetest note was enclosed. I was having a bad day & the note lifted my spirits! This staff by far is the sweetest & I will make sure they are recognized for their kindness & efficiency!

Nowhere does it say you have to be a professional to shop here. I did my shopping, got some good things. Then, I found out that I could buy nothing. There should have been a sign so I would not have wasted all that time.
