The way they handle business to loyal customers is ridiculous and rude. They are not understanding at all and don’t care if your a customer that pays on time for the last 3 years. No understanding at all, just rude and careless.

The general manager is absolutely amazing, everything is straightforward and easy! The unit was clean, the welcome bag was a cool touch. I like the security of the facility and location of it as well.

What an awesome experience! Ash and Jo were both amazing to work with. I made my reservation on line and then Ash called to just check in to see if I had any questions. On the drive down from Troy, I called to make sure someone would be there (it was the Friday of a holiday weekend) and Ash assured me that they would be there until 6pm. The place was clean and secure. I guess it would be nice if the area was gated, but you can't get into the storage area without a code. Elevators are spacey and they had at least 4 flat dollies for customers to use. The office area sells boxes, locks and other packing supplies for your convenience.

Excellent service, facilities are clean, accessible from 6AM to 10PM, and very well lit. The fact that the facilities are enclosed will be a godsend in the winter.
