Shopping is much faster now you can use self checkout. Even better you can opt to get an email receipt not the 13 foot long paper one.

Management/Corporate needs to hire cashiers or unlock products. Staff is doing their best and they need help.

Horrible! They lie and say they will call you and never do. Medication never in stock. Female pharmacist ignorant

I recently went in for a first time prescription for a prescription variant of Aleve with my wife after a serious car accident in which we almost died. We we given a treatment as if we were junkies looking for painkillers with many eye rolls through the process of trying to ring up our prescription. The attending pharmaceutical staff was fine besides the lady with a neck tattoo who decided to label me.

I definitely didn’t had a too pleasant visit here. First off, the lady cashier wasn’t too friendly. No greeting when you’re in front of her, which is fine. She gave you a look, which isn’t too fine but I’m like whatever. Then you ask the gentleman about their photo services, he has no clue and need to ask the lady back and forth, which was not too professional. When I told him my friend did the same digital service for only this price, he said no you have to pay that plus additional photo price. So I mentioned but I am not having it print out, just the digital CD version. He said still have to pay for the photo services. If your friend’s CVS doesn’t charge, maybe you should go to that one. Ok, fine. Bye. I am not going to linger around trying to negotiate with some staffs that aren’t willing to help and work with you.

Impossible to pick up scripts b/w 130 & 2p at ALL CVS locations. Ridiculous. Thinking about changing to any Pharmacy that doesn't run their operation for the convenience of their staff instead of customers.

Dr. Jennifer Kirk, pharmacist, is a trooper and infinitely patient during Covid and the old 30 day prescriptions. . You can interrupt her with a friendly greeting/response but she a constant stream of people in need. She gets assisted by a really wonderful staff. Some times I have medical questions or just needing to know the location of non-prescriptive items. They are all reliable, fantastic....no kidding I've been going there since 1981. Make it your pharmacy.

Nice that CVS pharm promotes healthy boundaries by closing for lunch but there are improvements that need to be made to make the public more aware of why you close everyday from 130-2. Also why are there employees working through lunch? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?
