This is my regular DXL location and I always have a very good experience there. Staff is always friendly and Helpful store is always well organized and pleasant and they always have what I'm looking for. Terri is always so pleasant, friendly and helpful too!
My wife even likes coming here to shop for gifts for me too.

The young lady that took care of me / us was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. She talked me into a shirt (besides the shorts) and it was nice to be handled by such a nice person.

From the moment we entered we were created with a most welcoming and warm sales associate. She stayed with us throughout our entire visit and helped us purchase many great pieces for my husband's wardrobe. This may have been our first visit but will definitely not be our last!

After having horrible service yesterday in the Roosevelt Mall location, I'm happy to say I just had great service at your Willow Grove location. A complete 180 in the quality of service. Assistant manager Elias Millas provided excellent service.

The Entire Staff at the Willow Grove store are Simply the Best...Professional, Know their inventory,are family with size anf fit and offer sound and tasteful fashion ideas.They spend as much time as you need to search the entire chain and catalog to find what you have in mind.
I can tell Everyone ,that if someone thinks they had a Bad Experience or has anything negative to say about the Staff at this store...Its Them!!,and more than likely , They have a Bad Experience Everywhere they Go.

Awful service on 3/8/25, gave up dealing with staff after being on hold 22 mins then calling back and getting a huge attitude and being told they don't carry Harbor bay, so I had to go online and now have to pay shipping, really sad because I have been going here for years. Staff should be coached on how to be helpful and not disrespectful. They made me feel like I was bothering them for trying to buy pants.

I was in town for a wedding and realized at the last minute that I forgot my shirt and tie. I raced into the store and told the staff that I needed a shirt and tie and only had 10 minutes. They sprung into action, measured me, and found the right shirt and tie for the occasion. A profound thank you to the staff for helping me out!

If I can give 10 stars + I would. The boss lady, not sure of her name, but she has to be the GM. Awesome experience! She gives life to this location & Top notch customer service. I will always shop this location for my hubby. Store is always beautiful with great product! I don’t mind dropping $400 at a time for the service I receive.
