My husband received a wonderful Get Well arrangement from the Edible Arrangements in Willow Grove. His rehab doesn’t allow him chocolates so I enjoyed every chocolate covered strawberry! We loved all the fresh fruit, it was great quality. What a thoughtful and enjoyable gift to receive. I’ll be sending these in the future!

This place was excellent. Keith went above and beyond to try to do detective work for me (I had the recipient’s location wrong). He told me they will replace my gift as soon as we have the correct info. I will definitely use them again when I need something for that area! Thanks, Keith!

When we couldn’t attend a memorial service for an employees mom (who was also family friend) I reached out to Edible Arrangements to help arrange a special delivery of a fruit/dessert board, from our company. Keith, the owner, was awesome in helping me choose the perfect selection. He even delivered it and sent me a text to confirm with a picture! I was so appreciative - thanks again Keith!

BUYER BEWARE- if you have a complaint about your order, Keith the owner, does not seem to believe in the “customer is right” motto. Took him 5 days to call me AFTER he told me he would reach out the next day, and that’s because I contacted him again. In fact, he will argue that he is right, and the customer is wrong even after I had another employee tell me they have some new hires and getting some complaints. The Get Well arrangement i ordered was messy, the balloon was deflated, the round balls all had chunks taken out and not circular and there was a huge kale leaf?! NOT what I expect for $85. I even told him I didn’t report my disappointment because I wanted money back, on the contrary, maybe send a nicer put together arrangement to the recipient. He even told me he was going to contact the person I sent it to to get their opinion- not professional at all in my opinion. Like the person receiving a gift is going to say I’m unhappy with it and sound ungrateful. With all the money I spend at Edible Arrangements through out the year, I will never use this location again!

Fantastic customer service and high-quality products! I needed a last minute change on my delivery order and when I called to request this, Keith (store owner), graciously assisted. The arrangement arrived on time, beautifully displayed, and was fresh and delicious. I love this store because they always have unique gift giving ideas and easy delivery options are a big time saver! Look forward to my next order.

Very bad experience, I ordered flowers for my sister and the roses that were delivered were wilted and brown. I called and the person said they will send a new set of flowers but what was sent was worse than the original bunch. I was told that a manager would give me a call back and I am still waiting for a call back. For the amount of money I spent, this is unacceptable! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Better off going to a grocery store and picking up roses or produce junction! Horrible service.
