We came to this store to exchange a coat it was from Christmas gift, unfortunately we removed the tag (nobody told us we can’t remove it, and it doesn’t say anywhere not removed) we understand it’s her job and we weren’t rude or use inappropriate words but all three ladies call the security, they treated us like criminals, even customers service called them accepting our exchange they refused to do it and they told them coat wasn’t in good condition which is a lie!! It’s to sad and unfair because we have been Express customers for a while and they were really, really rude! I just want to share the pictures so you can see how unfair and disrespectful was this situation.

This company Sold merchandize made of cheap junky material quality, that SHRINKS in a Half! They knew about this problem with that cheap cloth - discounted it 50% (still $40) but never told customers. REFUSED to take it back 5 days later. This brand is like DOLLAR STORE! Never Again! Willow grove location - avoid.

On Friday 12/13/24 my boyfriend and I came into the store and we were immediately turned off . We were not greeted when we first walked in, we didn’t see any associates around to even help us, each associate that we did see were standing behind the cash register talking and eating chick fi la . Our intentions were to make a few purchases but we decided not to. I even noticed that other customers were in the store and nobody went to greet them or ask if they needed assistance With anything .

Horrible customer service. I asked an older female employee a simple question to which she replied with a very dry and rude “no” each time I continued to speak. Even the other employees noticed her rudeness, but laughed about it. I will be contacting the general and regional manager and do not plan to return to this location. Please avoid this store and shop at KOP instead. This type of customer service is why retailers are losing business and malls aren’t thriving as they once did.

I really enjoy shopping at express but my last four orders I had to call into place my order. I am very disappointed in the wat express is handling the issue that is happening. It does not allow me to enter credit card to place an order. I am not the only person I know who is having this same issue. I am starting to change my mind on shopping on express it an inconvenience to have to call in to place an order

Everything in store is 50%off! But when I made a purchase that had to be ordered, I never rec'd a receipt via hard copy or email. I was assured by cashier and manager that it would be emailed... nothing??? I have issues with stores that don't give receipts. However, the 50%off on EVERYTHING is a good thing...just demand receipt.

I saw some amazing clothing in the store window. As I searched online for the items I was interested in to my dismay I found several things to be over priced. Not only that, their sizes are S, M & L. Very little XL and no plus sizes. It became crystal to me what shoppers this store was targeting. Tiny European females with no hips or rears. Unfortunately this has been the trend of this store for a while. I live near by so I'm in the mall daily. You would think with all of the competition of online shopping that this store would try to expand in 2022 to accommodate a wider range of realistic sizes for women today.

Willow grove location opens at 12pm not 11am.Waited 25 minutes until I had to knock on the gate to get clerks attention. Myself and 5 waiting customers were under the impression 11am is the opening time per online listing.
