If you want to ship anything, litterally go anywhere else, these employs should not only be fired, they should be barred from further employment anywhere. The workers will go out of their way to not help you, you will stand at the counter for minimum 20 minutes.

My company had a rush print order that was very complicated and involved a lot of special instructions. I went to the store and helped the rep AJ navigate it so they could get it done the way we needed. It was not an easy task. I was there for an hour and a half and they assisted me the whole time checking in at each phase so I could verify correctness. While that was happeneing I saw all the reps and managers in the place going out of there way to greet everyone and help elders with tech in the store and chairs etc. Everyone was freindly, fast and just not at all what I’d expect from a shipping/printing place. Great experience and great team. It was nice to see a place where everyone cared and was a professional

Soooo bad customer service!!!! I went here to return items. The guy who was at the front was sooo rude. He said I need boxes to send them back. I asked him how much is the box? He responded “ are you really buying a box? I don’t want to waste my time to bring it if you don’t buy it” seriously???!!!! Oh !! Man!!! That is awful customer service!!!! Never go back there again!!!

The manager and his employee are super rude. I have asked a simple question but the employee didn’t want to respond and ignored me even I asked 5 times. Just left the room. I will never go there anymore. I better use UPS

is like the big brother that ALWAYS come to your rescue when your in trouble! Lol I moved to Pennsylvania in 2021 during covid.. And as a busy wife, mom,realtor, and event planner. I always need small print jobs done that my printer at home can't handle.
I have been coming in here the willow grove store since 2021. And every time AJ has and still goes above and beyond and meets my ridiculous last min demands 😄🤦🏾♀️.
Takes his time going over my order making sure he understands what my needs are. And there has never been a day when I have felt rushed, or he was unpleasant.
Most recently per usual woth me super bowl Sunday I come in with another request literally 3 hours before super bowl. I was having 130 guests for super bowl party and I had not completed my guest favor's They were custom super bowl 59 potato chip bags with my personal message on the back. Not only was he able to print them in less than an hour but he gave me much better paper options to use to make my job easier putting them together See... Big Brother AJ always to the rescue.
My party favorite chip bags were an absolute hit thanks to AJ. 🙌🏾 Thank you thank you thank you AJ for never missing a beat! Thank you for always coming to my rescue taking pride in your skills. Faith and humanity restored ❤️

Very rude service person. We were there at the store to ship a simple envelope and she was with a customer. She was very rude to us as soon as we walked in. She said she is with a customer and we need to come back tomorrow as her transaction is going to take a long time. She had more than 30 mins before the store closing. My son who doesn’t have a lot of social awareness grabbed a candy and I asked her if she can ring us up for that. She said she can’t and and the candy had to be put back. As I was navigating my son to do that, she literally shushed us away with the hand gesture and everything!!! Soo rude and unkind for no reason.
