Literal Scam. I shopped here because they had a lot of kpop albums. The cashier tells me about the backstage vip pass which by the way he described it was a typical FREE account that you would gradually gain points on as you shopped there more often. Cool right? WRONG!!!! Monthly they started charging me $11.99 for this backstage pass. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR. Anyways I tried to cancel but everywhere online claimed I had to go in store to cancel. So today I went in to cancel it and the cashier working this time was a girl. She told me she couldn't cancel it in store but she could give me my User number so l could cancel on the app. Great I can finally cancel it! WRONG AGAIN!!! I attempt to type in the numbers she gave me to log in and it was a FAKE ID I even called customer service and that number was also not found in their database. Im going to have to go to the bank and get a completely new debit card. moral of the story THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE THAT FYE BACKSTAGE PASS VIP!! Thought it was just a basic free membership, only to find out that they're CHARGING MY CARD $11.99 a month?!? If the staff person mentioned it, they musta mumbled about it as I bought my kid something on sale. So, thanks, FYE for teaching my kid a life lesson to be wary of memberships! Please HAVE your staff LOUDLY tell your customers that their card WILL BE CHARGED if you get this janky membership! There are better things to invest in...use that $11.99 for something else truly worthwhile!

This store was okay when it first opened but of course it had to devolve into being a complete mess. You can go there months apart with barely any difference regarding what's in stock. New figures or exclusives that other FYEs have? Of course this one literally never has any of that because why would it? Employees range from extremely friendly and helpful or apathetic and downright rude. The latter of course loves to blast obnoxious, inappropriate music throughout the store because that's what people want to hear while shopping: profane as hell, uncensored garbage. I also hate being kicked out up to 30 minutes (!!!) prior to the actual closing time while I'm browsing by people who want to leave early. You're at work, act like it.

I live in New York but I was visiting a friend for the week. We decided to have a mall trip and our first stop was at FYE. The manager helped me find a certain funko pop that I had been looking for. He was a great help and he made everything way easier to find. The prices were pretty good for a mall as well.

What this store is charging vs what other retailers sell the same albums for. Absolutely sickening. And the lack of customer service every time does not help. Staff sits behind register on their phones and dont even look up once to acknowledge a customer. It’s been that way for over a year now. Every experience is the exact same. Why would anyone want to buy something from a business like that?

good selection but they say they open at 10 and literally are never open at 10. every other store in the whole mall is open and ready for business except them its so annoying.

Very unprofessional. Two Employees working were extremely rude screaming profanities throughout the store while children were present. Also yelling how they should have closed the store early. These employees need customer service training. They definitely give the mall a bad appearance with there poor conduct.
