employees lying about a return policy for an exchange. apparently you can’t get your money back for an exchanged item. but when i called customer service they said i could. but i already left the store and don’t feel like coming back here so ill have to waste another day, gas and time trying to return a damn shirt. like how do you pay for something and be told you can’t get your money back. i literally bought the item less than a week ago. makes no sense and i was a retail manager for 4 years lmfao
edit: i returned it at cherry hill within two minutes !

I don't need to be asked by 3 seperate employees in the span of 2 minutes if I need any help! I know how to shop for clothes and promise if I needed help, I would ask you. Otherwise, I would like to be left alone to shop in peace.

Shauna was such a great representative in helping me and my little sister find her a birthday outfit. We were so close to giving up and went through several styles that she had picked out from the back. we appreciate her efforts and ended up going with a style we least expected, yet recommended by the one and only Shauna. Thank you again!! will definitely be visiting again.

Been ripped off once by a blonde girl who worked there, she told me buying 2 pairs of jeans who be whatever percent off (this happened more than a year ago) then when I went to pay for my jeans she kept it at a regular expensive price instead of including the percentage! I’m not shopping there again.
