Once you purchase they no longer care. My daughter purchased all home appliances as she is moving. The oven arrived not working. They do not seem to care nor are they replacing it. She’s been waiting weeks with no oven. Shame on Home Depot!!! Horrible horrible horrible

This location has supplies, clean. Happy with most of the store. I usually do not write negative reviews. Shopped at HD for several decades almost always happily. This one trip had me fired up. Tool rentals- poor customer service by Keith. Please be aware. Rented Hilti 14" concrete saw at very high price and got through 2/3 of the job I rented it for. Tried using it until 3pm and returned at 4pm due blade when blade was wiggling and no longer cutting. They gave a second Hilti 16" saw that didn't cut at all that evening after 6:30-8pm! Figured it was too late to try and return it that night. Returned it before 9am. Young man at the counter tried charging 1 day and 4 extra hours. I refused to pay the additional 4 hours asked for manager. The older guy Keith at the counter came over argumentative that I had to call last night even though I got home at 6pm with their saw and returned it early today. How you charge to rent out 2 defective products?!! And then argue that it is the customer's fault? The rent is $70/day+50 for the blade, plus tax. Finally after acting like he was doing me a favor, Keith "graciously" took off a little over $60 for the last 4 hours. Attributed to last night and this morning. The job I had rented the saw for??? Not done with their products. Used my own hand held SKIL saw 7 1/2" diamond cut blade borrowed to do the job that TWO of the home depot heavy duty concrete saws could NOT! That to me is thievery. Keith? Sorry, BAD customer service representing HD today man.

I was at this store yesterday (4/20/20) and was told it was required to wear a mask prior to entering. While in the store I notice several employees not wearing mask. Why am I required to wear a mask, but not the employees?

I appreciate the workers of Home Depot. They are out there risking their lives to help us. I do need to comment on an issue that I had with this store today. I bought an Echo 58v trimmer last year (5/18/2019). It worked well through the year. I took the trimmer out last weekend and the battery said it needed service. I contacted Echo and they said go to the service center near you. Home Depot Willow Grove was listed as a service center. I took the trimmer and charger/battery in the store. The return desk said go to the rental area to get service. I then took it there. The rental area told me that they do not service electric Echo products. They offered no alternative option for me to get my device repaired/replaced. Usually, Home Depot has been there for me. The return area people were very helpful and apologetic. The rental area manager was not helpful and the manger on staff for the store was not helpful either. Lesson learned for anyone buying products at Home Depot. If it is a cordless device (specifically outdoor equipment), I would suggest an alternative company, like Lowes. Home Depot left me without options and out $250.

I have a problem with a patio set that was purchased at the Home Depot in Willow Grove. I went there last summer and discussed the problem and they told me they would find out a solution for me and never called me back. I went into the store about 2 months ago and showed them pictures of the problem and I was told, I have to go back to the manufacturer. Ok, I called the manufacturer and guess what, it is Home Depot. Hampton Bay is a Home Depot company and they actually answer Home Depot. Now I am being told that my product is out of warranty even though I have been trying to get this resolved for over a year. I sent them pictures and they told me they will get back to me, again. My next stop will be small claims court and we will se what happens then. I will give them 30 days to handle this. Home Depot's customer service is not good. I would be happy to re write this review if they resolve the complaint. I have picture documentation showing the problems with the patio set and any reasonable person who would look at the pictures would say there is a problem. Bruce Daroff, 267 994 7870

This Home Depot won me over when I needed to get a lot of demential lumber. It seems that the warped, bowed, and cracked ones are taken out often enough, and put into the cull lumber pile. It matters when each piece you need is $20! I am more prone to buy because returns have been relatively quick, and easy for me. Customer service is awake and alert! This store is good in most departments, but not all. I go here before stopping at it's neighboring competitor.

Don't shop at Home Depot. They sell factory seconds as first quality. Stock stuff nobody needs or wants, but lacks the most essential tools and materials.
