Awesome Staff! They didn't have everything for Murder Drones or Glitch, But they still showed me what they had, and they had t-shirts and hoodies! The vibes are great, and it's a cozy little corner in Willow Grove Mall. First visit went great, totally wanna come back for seconds.

The Melanie Martinez stuff was very high quality, I spent my money very well on the crybaby t-shirt and necklace and I would love to come back for more merch like k-12 and portals.

my receipt didn't have a review thingy, so I'm leaving this here. vanessa is an absolute angel. she deserves every good thing coming to her. she made my entire day with just one purchase which is insane. she let me and my boyfriend know of a sale going on so he can get the hoodie he wants later, and showed me her aot pin collection. i'll definitely be coming back here just because of her

Probably the weakest Hot Topic I've been to. Every other one is well-stocked and organized with all kinds of different merch but this one has virtually nothing of note. Most employees are nice but I don't appreciate the weird attitude the one male manager gives off, weirdly passive aggressive. Still okay overall but a shell of what it used to be.

teehee I loveee hottopic, I love looking through the pin bin. everytime I come to the willow grove mall my go to store is hottopic (also I remember the random wall of kirby lol)

I took my nephew here last Saturday and I must mention that he has Autism. He loves the movie Coraline, and I wanted to get him a few pieces from the movie. It was around 7pm, and the staff were helpful and patient. It warmed my heart when the associate said bye to my nephew by his name. Although my nephew didn’t respond back it’s good to see people who embrace differences in others. Good job staff at Hot Topic.!!

Manager handled an online return very well. They couldn't find my order in the system so sheet showing them the revisit they were able to give me my money back

Kids had fun shopping. Store was well organized and clean, clothing folded, etc. Always a favorite to visit when at the Mall.
