    Associates are always ready to help! I’m always greeted before I’m even fully inside of the store. Makes you feel really welcome

    If I could give a zero I would. Employees all on cell phones, no greeting, and said they were helping me but were standing in a circle in the back talking. Just the 2 pairs I was buying was over $350 not counting the school bag and clothes I was going to buy. Keep up the good work JD Sports. Foot Locker enjoying that... read full comment

    Had a very good experience buying sneakers for my granddaughter...didn't know much, however Reggie was a absolutely big help very patient & very polite helping me. I read some bad reviews about their customer service..I suggest go to Reggie or other males in the store
