“Excellent customer service, HIGHLY recommend getting the warranty on your jewelry and keeping up with your six month inspections.
Unfortunately my original engagement ring broke and my band was discontinued. I worked with the team and manager Sara to pick a similar band and new diamond. They presented me with excellent choices, were very communicative for the entire process, and empathetic when I initially came in with my broken band. Thankfully I kept up with my six month check ins and had the warranty. Each visit has been speedy and the staff has alway greeted me a smile. I really cannot say enough about how great my experience was despite being a crappy situation.”
