The assistance I received was superb 👌. The young lady explained everything to me from cost to how to apply online for the Kay jewelry credit card. I did apply now waiting for my application to be approved. I also purchased a pair of beautiful diamond earrings. She also informed me that I can have my errings adjusted to screw on backing. I definitely am going to do that just so I don't lose them.🥰

I’ve pretty much have given up on Kay Jewelers believe me I have my reasons, but I will say. I stopped into Willow Grove Mall Kay Jewelers to get a situation with my warranty resolved and came across the manager Chrissy and she has amazed me so much and corrected my warranty on my wife’s ring I ended up purchasing a amazing anniversary gift almost six months ahead of time. I won’t speak for Kay Jewelers as a company but I will speak for Chrissy the manager of the Kay Jewelers in Willow Grove Park Mall. If you do any business with this company do it at Willow Grove.

My husband bought a Dyson Vacuum cleaner for me and was afraid to come home with only that. Christine convinced him that it was only right for him to pair that with a nice pair of diamond earrings. It was a win-win, because little did he know that I would have just settled with the vacuum, but he brought home the icing on the cake!
