Came in to shop for some glasses, Kelsey provided outstanding customer service, and took the time to get my glasses right. Was amazing working with insurance and will definitely be a lifelong customer at this location because of Kelsey.

The Ophthalmologists , dr Hudson was great!! I saw her back in February.. however the front desk employees need a lesson in customer care, I was not made aware I could take my glasses back within 30 days , when I went the other day to have them re adjusted, I asked about my next availability for my frames , as I really don’t like the ones I have, in which by September different frames are covered by insurance, , the lady looked it up and said she did not see that info on her end, I pulled it up on my Vision insurance portal and sure enough I’m eligible in September!!! I have since filed a complaint they say it was on the Receipt, however the Receipt was long and not everyone reads them, it should be Verbally explained as well to customers .. if nothing is done about this, I’m going to a different company and store all together

I needed new prescription glasses but also wanted personal attention for advice on what works for me, which some other stores did not have from my past experiences This store is the Best For Personal service, great selection and experienced staff! I was lucky to have Cezanne as my sales lady. She was so patient and helpful and honest! I can’t wait to receive my new eyewear. Also their pricing is very fair compared to other stores! I’m an extremely satisfied

My glasses (that were not bought at this lenscrafters) were not fitting properly. I was greeted immediately entering the store and then was not charged for the adjustment.
The store was extremely nice and the young lady that helped me was as well.

I have a new insurance provider that partners with Lens Crafters to provide optical services and in-network pricing to their clients. I went to the Jenkintown store and oh my goodness, I have never had such an awesome and fun experience purchasing glasses!! Kelsey is a pleasure to work with and on my first visit she took lots of time to help me select and fit a great pair of prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. We literally went through over a dozen styles to select the best glasses for me. I also appreciate Kelsey selecting glasses with various price point options for me to choose from. My prescription includes executive trifocal lenses, so the lab needed a couple of tries to get it done correctly. Although the process to make the revisions was a bit time consuming, it was worth the wait. Kelsey and her colleague Cezanne worked with me to make sure both pair of glasses were perfect. Guy was also helpful with providing information and options available for the kind of lenses I require. I absolutely LOVE my eyeglasses and sunglasses! To be sure, Lens Crafters is now my go to and favorite eyeglass company! I highly recommend this company - without any hesitation, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Customer service is king: Twice I've gone here because one of the arms on my cheap readers became disconnected. Twice, they quickly pieced it back together, tightened my glasses and charged me nothing. Thanks!

Lenscrafters in Jenkintown came up when I used google to find eyeglass repair near me. I had a pair of readers from an online retailer where the screws were lost. I brought in the glasses and the staff at Lenscrafters couldn't have been nicer. I left with two new screws in my glasses, no charge, and a now-usable pair of readers. Lovely people and fast service. Highly recommend this location.

Highly recommend Lens Crafters in The Fairway. The staff is friendly, very accommodating and knowledgable. A special shout out to Cezanne who is always so helpful, professional and just so easy to work with.

Cezanne, Kelsey, Hailey, and Tracy were wonderful. They’re a team comprised of kind and patient representatives. They work well together to ensure every customer leaves feeling happy with their selection and overall experience. LensCrafters isn’t the cheapest, but you get a premium service characterized by precise care and attention.
