Just want to thank Gerry (or Jerry) from the lawn & garden shop for helping my son & husband with a battery jump when my son’s pickup wouldn't start. Jerry was just finished work and gladly stopped to help my guys out. We really appreciate his kindness and want Lowes to know what a kind employee they have.

Worst experience ever. Not only do the employees not know where anything is they dont even speak english. And the organization Of the place is disgusting. Try and find a shower head or toilet seat. I WILL NEVER GO TO LOWES AGAIN

Five stars are for Ms. Betty she is a great asset to your company. She is a customer service gem. She has helped me on two different occasions and has exceeded my expectations both times. Overall I give the store its self four stars. Unfortunately they have gotten rid of the cashiers which is an issues with me. Thankfully they still have Ms. Betty!

Purchase a washing machine had to go back because didn't have everything for it to be installed anyway Katrina was very helpful and polite and pleasant and she helped me and that's what I needed to calm down thanks again Kratina.😊

DeAnna Iwaskiw was FANTASTIC!!! My Aunt was in need of a new storm door; naturally there are so many things to take into consideration. DeAnna was so patient, asked all the questions that helped us narrow down our search. What made it fantastic was asking about the style of our house and making sure our choices were all cohesive.

Thanks to Janel and Hubert I saved alot of money and got a great refrigerator for my new home! They really bent over backwards to help me. When I upgrade my Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer I will go back to Lowe's in Willow Grove. I got the best refrigerator for the best price and then some. Thank you so much!

The employees here are great! I was looking at the grills and was asked if i needed help a few times which never seems to happen anymore! While I didn’t need help it sure was nice to be asked! When i was checking out at the self-checkout their were 2 people helping customers which was nice because they did not have a regular checkout line open which was the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.

Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for the paged person to help locate items. They never came. left and went to home depot. Was able to get my items right away. WOULDN'T RETURN TO THIS LOWES AGAIN.
