The owner is pleasant and patient, offering good specials and willing to work with customers. The store has beautiful quality hair and great customer service, with staff helping to pick out products and handle returns without hesitation or an angry attitude. They are open every day except Sunday. However, some customers note the store does not carry a lot of products and can be disappointing. Overall, many highly recommend it and plan to return.
