“My husband and I went to the Mattress Firm in Willow Grove to buy a mattress for our guest room. We were fortunate to have Mike help us with our purchase. He was friendly and professional. He asked questions to understand our needs, had us try several mattresses within our budget and we feel like we made a great choice. Not only did we purchase the mattress, we also found great pillows for ourselves! Thank you Mike !”

“We had a great experience picking out our sectional! We are excited to get it in less than a week! Its beautiful & was a great price. Our salesman , Dayshaun was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, helpful , and personable without being pushy at all! Dayshaun was patient & did not rush us at all. The sales manager was also great! Very personable & helpful! Was offered a great warranty. They also have a great lounge area with drinks & even icecream! Great if you are shopping with kids! We will definitely be shopping at Bob's again!”

“Scott and the store manager Gary were absolutely amazing, they were easy to work with as well as willing to work with the budget that I had. The plus was that they are both funny and inviting that alone should make anyone want to come here for any mattress needs.”
