I've never been to this location, and the people there might be great, but I hate Metro with a deep, deep passion. Phone works fine, been a customer for years, but once you start trying to call customer service and make changes or request documents (such as an account statement with your address on it) the customer service agents, who are dudes at call centers in India, have no idea how to help, and give you false and incorrect information and make changes to your account that make things worse.
Fine coverage, etc., but don't expect to get what you want when calling the company. Will be switching to a different network soon.

Horrible service. Customer service is the worst. Don’t answer phones it can ring 40x with no answering service.. When I went in person the guy Chris was zero help!! Literally left with my phone in worse shape than when I went in!

I don't know where they get their staff from for these stores but they are rude and unprofessional. I went to 2 in 1 day and walked out of both without making a purchase because of the salesperson. I'm going to change carriers and I've been with Metro for many years!

Yesterday when I came into your store I was greeted by the lovely alexandros and Dominique, the service my husband received by Dominique was out standing and any time she didn’t know something she asked alexandros for help and he would stop what ever it he was doing to help ! they are a great team !!!

They workers don't do anythinggg at the willowgrove metro. Never ever answer phones. I stood waiting for someone to come out the back room for 45 minutes. All I needed to do was pay my bill. An no ended up coming out.i have to take busses an the fact I had to wait for nothing is bull. An I missed my bus an my phone was still off. Metro needs wayy better employees like fast. Also why do you charge $5 dollars to pay for ur bil!? Like im already paying 40 an it cost $24 dollars to switch a phone out! 24 dollars???

As soon as I walked in I seen a women who was sitting behind the desk didn't even speak. I came for activation on a phone. The whole time she was extremely unprofessional and had a attitude the entire time I was there. I don't know why she was so angry. Long story short she never did it correctly. Had to go to another store. They had no idea what she did so we were on the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to fix her mistake. I don't know how people have jobs.
