Poor customer service! Attitude galore. Customer' service tone in their delivery is as if I was bothering them instead of trying to help a customer out. Opens at 6 but no one in the store has a key to be able to purchase a 10 portable charger that is locked up along with every other item in electronics. Please explain how employees with the key doesn't come in till later. What if that person is ill and doesn't come in? Sounds to me like poor planning and the cause for sales to be lost.

Came here today to return a stud finder and ended up walking away without the stud finder or my money. The original transaction involved a Visa gift card and an American Express credit card. For the cost of the stud finder, I was expecting the money to be returned to my American Express Card or to at least receive cash back. Instead, the customer service rep when she completed the refund transaction the money went back onto the Visa gift card which I no longer have in my possession and the person who gave it to me wouldn't have the card number information either. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me to call the 1800 number on the back of the gift card and the company can send me a new gift card. I haven't tried this yet, because the first thing I have to do is figure out whether this was a vanilla gift card or something else. I have never had this happen before and wasn't even aware that this could happen. Usually you have the option to get cash back, but nobody asked me anything. So now Walmart has their item back and I don't have my money. Makes no sense why they can't initiate refund back to one of the selected methods of payment. I don't get their system.

I am writing this review for the vacuum packed $5.00 hoagies... um no, just no! Why even sell something so horrendous? I am certain nobody is buying these sandwiches.... I actually like this Walmart, people watching makes it great. It's a Walmart, a super center with droid and pet supplies and a solid outdoor area. If you need a hoagie there are much better options nearby!

I actually really enjoy going to this Walmart compared to the other Walmarts in the area (Warrington and Hatboro locations). The number one reason being because their selection is so much better always - for clothing , seasonal decor - you name it ! It's a super Walmart so maybe that is why but I think they also are better staffed and stocked in general probably because it is always SO BUSY! They just recently updated their self checkout as well. Sometimes due to how busy it is it can get very messy - particularly in the food section which is why this isn't a five star for me. Sometimes there are a lot of people and it's a little congested but I usually still can get in and out pretty quickly! I wish customers respected the store a bit more because it really is a great Walmart with a lot of resources.

This was one of those let me stop and grab some stuff. We dropped in here to pick up some desserts for a family gathering on a Tuesday night. The first thing I noticed is that they had an abundance of handicapped buggies. A+ for that. The second thing I noticed is that the store was empty. There was no hogging up the tomatoes or the apples. There was no saying excuse me or pardon me. It was nice to be able to have virtually the whole store and every aisle almost to yourself. I know that may not be good for the store, but it was good for me that night.Whenever I go to a Walmart in a different city I always go to their home goods, home decor that type of thing. This store did not fail. If I had been in a car traveling I would have grabbed a ton of stuff, but I flew this time.I did however grab some some necessities, wax melts, just little things that I can throw in my suitcase. Everything was pleasant in this store. I have no complaints.

Their curbside service is utterly terrible.Someone hangs up the phone for pick-up, and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Plus, the check-in feature in the app doesn't work.

Had a pretty decent shopping experience until I got to checkout and a woman with a horrible wig and even more horrible makeup resembling Shanaynay from Martin came over to assist with checkout at a line with a cashier already there. This lady had a demeanor as if I'm going to to take something because my cart was full of groceries. She totally ruined my shopping experience, and I usually have a great trip here every-time.

My boyfriend was in need of new work boots so he stopped here last night. He didn't realize they now are not open 24hrs, so he decided to come back this morning before work. Aside from one line being open in the entire store, one of the team members gave him an issue that was pointless. He told the lady after buying his boots that he didn't need his receipt because he was in a rush. He got toward the front entrance and the worker literally ran out from a door to ask him where his receipt was and if he paid for the boots. he told her the lady had his receipt, he was just in a rush and didn't grab it but had already paid for the boots. Instead of being nice about it, the woman literally snatched the boots out of his hands and said "well this is mine now until you have a receipt". excuse me???? sorry, but if someone snatches anything that i paid for out of my hands, there's going to be a problem. there were so many ways she could have been nice, but instead she acted rudely and disgustingly. i knew i hated this walmart for a reason.

Employees were nice. They didn't have any regular checkout lines open, only self checkout, I guess that's the way it is now a days. This is the smaller type of Walmart where they don't have a lot of produce, very limited amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in their refrigerators.

Complete shitshow. Prices not listed, things thrown all over. It's hard to find anything, and not inexpensive. Don't go!

The service at the Pharmacy in Willow Grove 's Wal-Mart is the worst ever. There's an Indian lady that works at the Pharmacy, don't know her name but she is the rudest person I have ever met in a customer service setting. She needs to be fired and I promise I will be writing a letter to the cooperate office so they know how bad customers are being treated. My name is Kevin and I have used that Pharmacy for many years. I can honestly say that I will never again have any prescriptions sent there and I would advise anyone else to never use this Pharmacy.

If you enjoy waiting in long lines, I highly recommend the Willow Grove location. They have 15-18 registers and never have more than 2-3 open. Even the self checkout line can frequently be seen wrapping around into the grocery aisles blocking customers entering the store. The only time I have somewhat enjoyed shopping there with an expedited checkout experience was during a major snowstorm.

I went to Walmart to get a crockpot the week between Christmas and New Year's. I expected there would be lines and there were. However a group of approximately eight females who clearly work at Walmart were standing around screaming, laughing cackling, so loud that the people in line were distracted and looked over at them wondering why they were standing in line and these women were standing around not doing their job. They were blue vests, and yellow vests so I assumed somebody in that group was management. The more customers looked at them, the louder they got. On another note, the lady Amy who checked us out was very nice and apologized for the behavior of these women. If all eight of these women we're on break, then go in the break room and take your break, don't make a scene in the front of the store, it's very frustrating to customers who are standing in line for over 20 minutes!!

Ordered online for store pickup. App doesn't have the order info. Clicked on the url sent by text before arriving. Noticed there was no social distancing in store or in lines. Pick up counter is in the back of the store, with no visible signage. Nobody at the counter, took asking 2 employees and waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up. The order was not ready. The associate was wearing her mask barely at the tip of her nose. Another employee was walking from the warehouse area to the bathroom inside the pick up area with no mask on. As most of the order was canceled (items shown in stock, then an email that almost none were in stock) I reordered for a different store. As I won't go into Walmart again until post-C19, I called to arrange curbside (supposedly available, didn't show while ordering). phone doesn't get answered at the Philly/Bybery Rd location, calls disconnects after ringing for 5 minutes (4 times). Canceling order, there are better shopping options.

This place is terrible. Maybe Walmart has just grown to the level of not caring about customers or service, but this place is uniquely bad at it. I find dentist appointments more enjoyable than shopping here. I'm not colonoscopy age, but I'd take that instead of shopping here. Lines are long, employees are standing around. There is zero motivation to see us leave. If hell is anything like this place, seek JESUS NOW
