I went looking to find out about massage chairs and was fortunate to meet Stan. Stan took the time to show me all the different supplier chairs and allowed me to try out as many as I wanted. After several visits I decided on the one I wanted and was never pressured to make a sale. I appreciate Stan's knowledge and patience. I'm looking forward to my chair arriving tomorrow.

So glad we discovered Nuvo healthcare for Massage Chairs!My husband was anxious to buy a massage chair, and purchased, then returned two different chairs that looked good on the outside, but did nothing for the back.I searched for a place to actually sit and try different models out.After speaking to Stan on the phone I found him to be knowledgeable and urged my impatient husband to go to Nuvo healthcare and try some out. He told me he had only 15 minutes, but after almost 2 hours of sitting in chairs and trying their massages, he fell in love with the chair we ended up buying.NO PRESSURE!Stan encouraged him to just try out chairs, no rush, come back again if he wanted to try again and make sure what he liked.I went back with him, and joined him and trying out the many chairs-NO PRESSURE - JUST KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION… we were SOLD and love the chair, and our backs love the chair!Thank you Stan!!

My husband and I took 2 trips to Nuvo Healthcare's showroom, and spent about 8 hours there trying numerous massage chairs. Stan is very well-versed in what each chair offers. We were never pressured to make a decision on which to buy and he never made us feel that we were taking up too much of his time. Instead, he made us feel at home and relaxed. Stan was extremely helpful answering all of our many questions.If you're in the market for a massage chair, this is definitely the place to go. In addition to the outstanding customer service before the sale AND after, their price was considerably lower than other places we checked into.If 6 stars was an option on this review, without a doubt, Nuvo Healthcare deserves 6.

My wife and I had such a great experience with Nuvo Healthcare. From our first phone call to visiting the showroom to our purchase and delivery, working with Nuvo Healthcare was nothing short of amazing. Our sales rep Stan was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about the different massage chair brands, and worked closely with us through the whole process. Furthermore, there was never any pressure to buy, just to try the chairs for as long as we liked. As an example, the chair we decided to purchase was so beneficial to my back that Stan invited me to come down to Nuvo Healthcare anytime to use the showroom model while we waited for delivery. That's customer service! If you're just curious about massage chairs or are looking to buy, Nuvo Healthcare is the place for you. My back has never been happier and I highly recommend them.

My mom suffers from chronic pain due to years of working and constantly being on her feet. We decided to invest in a massage chair with hopes that it would bring her relief. Nuvo Health was just the right place because they had a variety of different brands, their location was easy to find, and they had the best prices! Jay who helped us was very friendly and knowledgable. He let us try so many different chairs and helped us choose the right one. We had many questions regarding the massage chairs and he was able to answer all of them.After the purchase they stayed in touch to help us with a smooth delivery and Stan helped me learn to operate chair correctly now that it is in our home. We appreciate Nuvo Healthcare's support for their customers and in the future, we would not hesitate to buy from them again.We highly reccommend them. My mom is really happy with the chair we purchased the Amamedic Hilux!

Bought a massage chair after trying a few models in their showroom. Massage chairs are very different in the way they massage and it was a great help to be able to try the chairs to make our decision. Previous to going to Nuvo , we had a bad experience buying a chair from an internet store without being able to demo the chair. Stan was fantastic and was able to deliver the chair 3 days.

I was shopping for a new massage chair to replace my 14 year old chair. Both Jay and Stan were exceptionally helpful, yet allowed me to take the time I needed to try different chairs without any pressure what so ever. I had high expectations and have to say I am thrilled with both their service, as well as the chair I bought from them (Osaki Pro Maestro)I highly recommend these guys!
