Bad business! I've shopped here for about 30 years, and i never will again! Purchased an Essentials Fear of God hoodie for my son as a gift. Tags still on; brand new/never worn $100 hoodie! They won't let me exchange for a fitting size. They say it says "final sale" right on recipte.The recipte you obtain after purchase! Contacted customer service. They won't let me exchange either. Unable to reach Essentials Co. I see they have an "F" rating on BBB. Both companies lost my business for sure!

The employees were very cold. I had to awkwardly wait to ask for a dressing room and was asked how many items I had, I let the employee know as she walked ahead, but I do not think she heard me as she put a hand up in front of me to physically stop me from entering the room and repeated: “how many items?” It felt very rude and awkward... Unfortunately, none of the items worked out and I then left the dressing room with the items and approached another employee to ask for assistance, but they were busy on their phone for a moment and then I asked where I could put the items, I was then told to put them back myself in a condescending tone. I wish the environment was more welcoming. I felt like a pest to them. Will not be returning.

First time I went in this store, they have cute stuff but it's a little pricey. The employees I thought were very rude. They don't greet you and they lingered behind me and fixed everything I touched. And we're just staring at me which made me uncomfortable. Won't be returning

Very few pieces of the Kendall & Kylie collection were available. Pacsun should bring back the authentic skate brands in addition to the trendy apparel that they currently stock.
