Wish I could give no stars. Took my puppy to get a bath and cut today. She has long curly hair so I wanted a cute short cut that would last the whole summer. While I was waiting for Rachel the groomer, to be finished with a customer picking up her dog I overheard her keep asking the lady multiple times “how does it look, do you like it?” The dog was a short haired dog do I didn’t understand why she kept asking.. I should have know then it was going to be a horrible experience. I showed her a picture of the length I was looking for which is short. She says “that’s too long.” I said no that’s short. Now my Pup has very curly hair at the roots and waves down the shaft. She said the hair was matted. I informed her it wasn’t (due to a recent at home wash brush and blow dry) and that I didn’t want her to be skinned. She then took a comb and combed a couple spots. Each time the comb went through the hair that I wanted the dog to remain with and all the other hair was getting cut off so it didn’t matter. Long story short she skinned my dog anyway, she had areas behind the ear where she cut way too much hair off and all the hair from her tail is gone. She now looks like a rat. My dog is small.. it took her 5 hours to do. She didn’t even stay to check me out and give a report, she wrote it down and as I was walking in she was walking out with no acknowledgment. Needless to say I’ll never get her groomed by PetSmart again, they’re outrageously priced anyway! Something that was supposed to be 87$ turned out to be 113$ .. the company just wants money cause it’s no way my 12 lb dog should cost 87$ let alone 113$. As I was checking out I also witnessed another groomer being frustrated and rough with a dog and saying inappropriate things to and about the dog.. they have a reputation for mistreatment and I witnessed it first hand. Never again. I won't provide details because the experience was so upsetting. If you love your pet, don't leave them with these unprofessionals. Just find another boarding option; anywhere but here.

im absolutely devastated. There’s a kitten named blaze and she’s the sweetest kitten I’ve meet. We went through the whole process of adoption along with following up just to hang out with. We were approved but once they found out we had huskys they immediately denied us.
Our husky’s are the sweetest dogs and would never hurt even a bunny.
We have had kittens before and they have all reacted positively and there was never even a nip when it came to how they interacted. My dogs are mixed breed with Shepard and I promise you they are the biggest baby’s in the world.
They would not even hear me out.
If you have a husky just know you will immediately be denied any adoption.

I’ve been taking my Charlie to the PetSmart Willow Grove location for a while. It’s a trip from NE Philly but, he receives the best care from the staff members and they all give him great love and attention!

Pet Hotel and grooming is a nightmare. My dog is well trained German shepherd and they claim he is aggressive and wants to rip their head off. I explained to them what to do before closing the kennel door multiple times by having him sit then closing and he’s fine. They never listen or know how to handle German shepherds. He was banned from coming back. He plays with other dogs all the time no issues as well. He’s a very good boy and his old groomer/kennel lady was 65 years old. These kids/young adults there don’t know how to handle dogs.

Today I brought my cat in here for the first and last time .
It was for bath and brush .
We discussed with the groomer that he might be scared of the water , if so she said they will do waterless bath .
They tried to force him in the water, and in that process his nail was pulled and broken completely.
I just got an average phone call to come get him and go see the vet .
Manager walked in , no apology was received, like this was an average situation.
They only offered to pay for the vet visit .

Unfortunately, a terrible experience at the dog grooming salon, my dog was taken for a bath and haircut, the cut was a total shame, it was terrible, they did not respect her breed cut and it was totally horrible, her smell was the same as when we took her, I will not take her to this headquarters again.
