Long waits when there are 2 or 3 tellers working and only one is open and you wait.....

Extremely poor customer service, very unprofessional. Openly mock customers and make jokes while shouting across the room to each other at the customer’s expense. Is this place run by high school kids?

Very, very bad Customer Service. Through an emotional time after losing a loved one it would be real nice if they gave accurate information and also to have just a little compassion and not be salesy? Very poor experience at this branch and the Manager was so unprofessional?

Stay away from this branch. Extremely slow. First in line at drive-thru and after 3 1/2 minutes finally hear a 'hello' then nothing for some time. Had to hit 'call' (3X) to get my deposits back in order to go to another branch.

Had an issue today with my checking account regarding duplicate charges on my account which caused me to over draw. I knew that it was on the bank and not on my end or the merchants end. I sat down with a consultant who did nothing to help me. Telling me to wait for the charges to post then they would dispute them. Complete disregard for me and the inconvenience it caused me. Mostly young kids working in there. Called pnc customer service and a consultant named carlotta helped me tremendously. She apologized over and over for the inconvenience it caused me and worked immediately to fix it. This situation needed to be handled differently since it was a glitch with Pnc. Really disappointed with this particular pnc branch. This location is a JOKE. NEED CORPORATES NUMBER SO I CAN REPORT THEM

Horrible location! The lead teller is a very rude , grumpy woman whom treats her staff like peasants. It’s disturbing to watch as the Branch Manager seems oblivious. Permanent tellers? Of course not, it’s a revolving door at this location. I’ve seen some very nice tellers come and go, I’m guessing due to management. The lead teller has NO business working with the public. Shame on you PNC!

This is a great place, regardless of people experinces with the bank as a whole i would like to review the staff team, and it is a team. The people who are there focus on your needs fully before the next person not only fixting issues, but preventing any issues. Truely leading you down the right path for you. And the drive thru is no different. Warm and inviting but mainly they have heart, they are willing to put "bank goals" on the back burner to make sure you are getting whats right for you and your account. Something not found in all branches. The people are pro's in what they do, and it shows. Sometimes it gets busy but thats life, they are worth the wait to have it done right.

This was the worst banking experience I've EVER had and here is why: I recently stopped by this PNC Branch to deposit and withdraw some cash. Of course when you want to deposit money, they treat you like a queen and there are never any issues with putting my money in their bank. But when I went to withdraw some cash (which I do consistently on a bi-weekly basis), you would have thought I was trying to rob the place. The teller (Nataly) asked for another form of ID and I gave her my ATM card in addition to my drivers license. She then said she needed to get approval so she walked three windows down and was waiting to get approval. Well that lady (Lisa) had a customer so I just stood their waiting for a few minutes because apparently there was no one else who could "approve" it. Finally Nataly gives my IDs and withdrawal form to Lisa. Then Lisa yells down to me and asked if I was in town for a visit. I didn't appreciate that she yelled so the whole bank could hear our conversation when she could have asked me to walk down there or she could have come to the window I was at. I explained that I was in town for the weekend. She then proceeded to ask why I was in town and did it so everyone in the bank could hear. I finally walked to her window and asked why this was an issue since she had my drivers license and ATM card. Lisa had an attitude the whole time I was trying to convince here that I was who I said I was. She insisted that they needed to verify who I was since I was in PA and had a VA license, but she could have done it with out the attitude. I told her I appreciate that but I answered all of her questions, so she didn't need to be so accusatory. She then asked me to verify my last transaction, which I did and then she finally seemed like she would give me my cash. Remember this is MY money I'm talking about here. I wasn't trying to get a loan from the bank, I was simply trying to withdraw MY money. She finally handed me my cash and I asked for an envelope and she said they are sitting right there at the edge of the window and wouldn't even hand it to me. She didn't even count money for me or put it in an envelope. So I stood there and counted my money at her window and put it in my envelope myself. I've NEVER experience such bad customer service! I've been PNC customer for a while now and this service was unacceptable. I definitely will NEVER go back to this branch and I'm considering not banking with PNC anymore because of this awful experience.

Very unsatisfied with this bank. Had an account with them, and I knew there was a 7.95/month fee if you don't deposit at least $500/month with them. The account went inactive after I lost a job, but they never appeared to assess the fee. I had a little money left in the account, so when I asked them about it, they told me that no fee would be assessed. I held off on putting any money in the bank for about three months after that, only to get a statement in the mail saying my balance was now ZERO. Apparently, this is the scheme they run: They render your account inactive and keep you from accessing your funds, pending a deposit. If you make a deposit, 100% of it gets absorbed into retroactive fees that they promise they won't impose. I would have lost $120 or so had I done as they instructed. My advice, if you must bank with PNC and you lose your income, close your account and get every last penny out right away or they'll absorb it in fees. From there, never bank at PNC again. I wish I could offer an alternative, but it seems many banks pull these dirty tricks. I hope this saves some people some trouble.
