These guys were great during the pandemic when I wanted to test out and buy a Herman Miller chair for my home office. Unfortunately, I needed warranty service done on the chair and they were unresponsive through both phone and email. I ended up having to use another dealer for my warranty repair.

Excellent service. Both Debbie and Matt were extremely helpful in finding, and replacing the parts for my older Aeron Chair. Also, the prices were competiive for guaranteed genuine Herman Miller OEM parts (and cost less than the knock offs available on Amazon/ebay).
