Dear Primark Management,
I am writing to report an unsafe and unprofessional experience that occurred two days ago at your Willow Grove Mall location.
I visited the store with my family, including my 2-year-old child. We entered from the mall’s 3rd-floor entrance, unaware of the store’s exact closing hours. A security guard saw us enter but did not mention that the store was about to close.
Shortly after, we heard the closing announcement, so we immediately went to the register to pay and head back toward the mall to reach our car, which was parked near the food area. However, two security employees—a man and a woman (both African American, the woman with long hair)—spoke to us very rudely and told us, “It’s closed. If you didn’t hear the announcement, that’s your problem.”
I responded that I do speak English and clearly heard the announcement, but it was never stated that customers could not exit back into the mall. Their response was simply, “Oh well.”
We were then forced to exit through an outside area and walk across the entire parking lot in the cold with our 2-year-old child. This situation was not only disrespectful but also unsafe and inconsiderate, especially for families with small children.
I would appreciate it if a store or district manager could contact me regarding this incident. The lack of communication and the unprofessional behavior from security need to be addressed to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Store is clean , neat , well organized. Prices are ok , really good deals on some items , others a little more it just depends on what you're looking for or need at the time. But I like it!

I would give 0 stars if I could an employee by the name Rhianna was rude and ignorant speaking on how parents need to keep they kids with them I was standing right next to my child she gonna say oh and laugh it off before hand she was snapping on the cashiers in a unruly manner I guess she was having a bad day Rihanna attitude sucks and many ppl in line said the same .WATCH HOW YOU TALK TO PEOPLE

Great selection and pretty well organized however, only 2 cashiers were working for the whole store. There at least 2 floors but only 2 cashiers were working on the lower level. The upper level cashier section was closed. And on a Friday evening. 🤦🏽♀️ An employee I approached also could not answer if items could be purchased online. I left empty handed. 😢

I had a incident that occurred in front of me at a Primark in Willow Grove Mall store 0108 on 02/10/2025. A manager by the name of Rihanna made a comment I felt was discriminative in reference to Muslims. A Muslim team member had stepped away to pray, when manager Rihanna approached the team member that happened to be ringing me up who is non-Muslim. Rihanna ask them where that Muslim team member was. The team member ringing me up explained that that team member stepped away to pray. Rihanna, the manager replied & said “for 25 minutes? It doesn’t take 25 minutes for them pray. How long does it take them to pray”?
As a Muslimah, (a female Muslim) I can say easily that pray time can definitely range from 7 mins to 30 mins +. Rather that’s due to setting up for prayer(cleaning the area before you lay the rug down, having to refresh oneself for prayer, or perhaps having to make up a missed prayer either reason prayer CAN and sometimes WILL vary.
I was very offended & her passive aggression ruined my shopping experience. I’ve filed an official complaint with Primark in regards to her comment. Her comment was insensitive, & unprofessional for a manager. I will be sharing my experience with other Muslimahs in the Pennsylvania area. I feel as a community we should not support this behavior establishment until the matter has been properly investigated/resolved.

Low quality clothes. Underwear especially briefs for one time use. I recently purchased a set of bras and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. One of the bras had a factory defect—the breast band was sewn inside out. The briefs also had a small stain on it. Additionally, the elastic on the underwear stretched out very quickly, and most of the clothing is made from polyester, which feels cheap and like fast fashion. Threads were sticking out, too, making the clothing look poorly made and unfinished. After the first wash, clothes look like a rag. I won’t be buying from this brand again.

I made a purchased at this location today(12/20),and was charged TWICE for the same item by a male cashier! I spoke to the managers who were rude (especially the female), and pretty much dismissed everything I was trying to explain.I called my bank and they confirmed what the managers said was incorrect! I returned my item, because I will not spend my money where I was charged twice and treated rudely! The ONLY people that were respectable and showed some compassion were the two young ladies on the register. SO THE FIRST CHARGE THE RUDE MANAGERS CLAIMED WASN'T GOING TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT...POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT TODAY! (12/21) SO I WAS CORRECT!! I WILL START A CLAIM WITH MY BANK! INSTEAD OF THINKING YOU ARE ALWAYS RIGHT...LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER NEXT TIME!!!
FOLLOW UP: 12/24 I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER MANAGER NAMED DARRYL AND HE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND LOOKED INTO THE MATTER. I APPRECIATE HIS HELP AND I WISH HE WORKED THAT DAY ON 12/20! THANK YOU AGAIN DARRYL FOR YOUR HELP AND KINDESS❤️

My grandson and I went there today to get gift cards. The line had at least 50 people in it. There was only place to pay for things. I expect crowds at Christmas time, but the management should have additional check out locations during the holidays. We ended up leaving without the cards. I'll just give cash instead.
