If I could rate 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO THERE. Save your money. I went for a refill,gel with chrome and they are HORRIBLE! one nail is a complete different shade of green and my tech left blemishes on my nails and my one nail on my right hand is lifting upwards.

This new young man works the hell out of this pedicure. He did an amazing job. Tommy is still king for doing nails, but this young man may be giving him a run for his money.

I have visited this establishment a few times. On July 2nd I had my eyebrows waxed and also had a manicure and pedicure. Immediately after getting my eyebrows waxed the tech applied a gel which made my upper face felt as though it was on fire. I informed him and he put something called a cooling gel which made it worse. All night my upper face felt like it was on fire. I washed it and applied cool wet towel all night. I visited the pro nails on the 3rd and lodged my complaint and even showed the owner my burnt up forehead and eyelid. He laughed. Said all he used was baby oil and not one apology.

My teenage daughter and her friend were waiting for over an hour, with their hands in their bowl (unwashed bowls might I add). Their hands were in the chemicals for so long that it actually started to cause pain.The technicians were talking poorly about them and insulting them the entire team. They only stopped when a woman, who understand what they were saying, called them out and told them to knock it off and to stop being disrespectful. My daughter and her friend were quiet and polite and there was absolutely no reason to be so disrespectful and unprofessional.
DON'T EVERY GO TO THIS PLACE.

Been going here for about 20 years. They always treat me well and do a good job with my pedicures and fills. Everyone is very friendly and talented. Highly recommend

I got a full set almond nails. They were $54 some how just regular polish nothing fancy. My nails are not shaped right I am not sure what the shape this is they look absolutely disgusting. They do not stick by their prices. I went here a few weeks ago with my daughter who got gel polish and it was $20 and this time it was $30 for her little tiny nails usually nails salons gel polish for the kids is cheaper. Absolutely disgusted and I will never be returning. If I could give zero stars I would. I asked the man who did my nails how much the full set was going to be he said it depends on how long your nails are. My nails are very short. I am wondering how much the long nails cost?? What is the breakdown on my nails? $54 I am not sure how that price even came about or why the prices aren’t listed anywhere? How were my shitty nails $54. I should have just burned $54 because now I have to painfully rip this hack job off of my fingers. Unbelievable. Do not go here it isn’t clean either. He also cut the side of my thumb and kept filing into it. I am disgusted!!

First and last time here. Was taken right away and started soaking for my pedicure. Tech came over and started pedicure. He kept pushing my foot down and it was painful. Massage was subpar, color went on too thick, and heels are still rough.
