I just had my child's birthday party here 2/17/24 and not only did I feel like it was the fastest most expensive party I've ever had, but the OWNER was rude, literally rushed the whole entire event. Made my guests feel uncomfortable and rushed as well and also had no consideration for anything. I had a party here previously and never had any issues. Tonight was beyond my expectations and I am horribly disappointed. I would NEVER have another party here again & I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It is MLK Day and my husband and I are both working, so our nanny has both our 15 month old and my 3 year old. We signed 1 child up for the 2-3 year old class yesterday evening, but could not figure out how to register the other child online (it showed as available as of last night). Assuming it wouldn't be an issue, I called this morning (my nanny was on her way with both) to let them know and pay the fee for the other child. I spoke with Lisa who was abrasive and not remotely understanding. They first let me know that they couldn't accommodate both because the class was filled. She then proceeded to let me know that she is "breaking" the 24 hour notice rule of refunding, even though they were not able to accommodate us, and that they would not be able to refund us in the future because they had refunded us previously for a cancellation (even though prior cancellations were within the parameters of company policy). I then called the Little Gym of Springhouse who agreed to accommodate us with no questions. I have been to Romp n Roll for a birthday party and enjoyed it which is why we attempted to go back. Due to the rude front desk staff (Lisa) and hassle/lack of understanding, will not be returning in the future. Avoid the hassle and go to the Little Gym instead.

Best party ever! The staff here was absolutely amazing every step of the way. Booking was super easy. Any question I had was answered in a very detailed way and communicate was awesome! We had a big age range attend, from 1 to almost 6 and everyone enjoyed themselves. As a parent the best part was having everything set up for us by the staff. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot a staff member met us outside and helped unload the food and party bags. From there the staff set all the food up while another staff member entertained the kids in the gym while waiting for the rest of the guests to arrive. The event ran so smoothly and when it was time to go the staff had everything packed up for us and helped load the car and handed out the goodie bags. The best part for the kids was of course the bubble dance party at the end. I would highly recommend a birthday party at this location.Lisa, thank you so much for everything! You made the day stress free and so fun!

My daughter had such a great time at our trial class, she was just in her element. Ms. Paige Mrs. Lisa were AMAZING the parents and kids were all so friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking to burn some kiddo energy!

We had our sons 4th birthday party here and it was so great! They were helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to end of party. The instructor did a fabulous job engaging the children and providing lots of fun! For this age group especially (3-5) it was a perfect mix of open play and instructor-led group activities. The women there were kind, personable, and efficient - THANK YOU!

My kids have a ton of energy and love climbing. They ran around like maniacs for an hour and a half during open play on a rainy day and got all of their wiggles out in a safe way we all enjoyed. What's not to love?

We've always had a good experience and have been coming here for a few years. Everyone is friendly and any issues there have been have all been resolved easily. They really work with you. My children have enjoyed all the classes we've attended and have loved the open play too.

My kids always have a ton of fun and the instructors are wonderful at keeping the class on track. We took a break from coming due to other engagements during the week, but my 3 year old has been begging to go back. Both my 3 year old and 1 year old love coming!

Worst place in regards to cleaning the toys and general play area as a whole. My son got hands feet mouth disease from items that were not properly cleaned. Not once did I see anyone clean anything when done or before. Don't recommend. Good area just needs to be cleaned considering how many babies and toddlers come in and out of there.

We had our youngest birthday party there. Everything was amazing! They took care of everything for us and the kids had a blast! I can not recommend them enough for any birthday party! The party host Miss Taylor and Lisa both were amazing to work with! We had been to another party where Miss Taylor was the host there and our daughter as so excited to have her host her party! Thank you again!

Everything is so safe for little ones. I felt a huge amount of relief letting my little one just crawl all around and didn’t have to worry about him getting into something he shouldn’t. It made the experience fun for him and myself.

We had a great experience at Romp n’ Roll. The staff was super friendly, the facility was very clean and my daughter had such a good time. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy other classes/play they offer.

I was SO impressed today. Had my daughters 5th birthday at the 5pm slot. Everything was super organized, clean, friendly, and engaging. Taylor is HANDS DOWN the best party host. She made us all feel comfortable and like family. My one son was having a sensory overload and she was fantastic with getting him to divert his attention back to the activities. He's 7 and even had asked to come back or have his party there. I didn't think bigger kids (up to 9) wouldn't enjoy it but they had a BLAST. I was able to pick my two activities. I ordered food through them and it was all very well organized and hot. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time and they all left with smiles. Highly recommend!!
