I always have mixed feelings about this location. It's convenient if you are in the Willow Grove area. It's Sephora, so you have access to the items Sephora sells. That's kinda where the pros end for me. Customer service tends to be slow to speak to you, and the items are usually out of stock. My last two visits, the store, have also been kinda messy. To be fair, it was busy. I'll continue to go here because it's more convenient parking than Center City Philadelphia, but that is really the only reason.

I went into the store this evening and I was looking for a lipstick and the store associate showed me 3 lipsticks and I didn’t like them. A customer came up to her and asked her for some help and she went with the other customer. I felt like she blew me off because I didn’t like what she showed me.

it's a good place they stay open till nine and it's very close by my house always very quiet and I'm very comfortable shopping here

The Willow Grove Sephora is my least favorite location! I visited today only due to convenience since I had to go to Macy's for a return. My recommendation is to visit the English Village or Upper Dublin Promenade locations, they are much more organized, professional and friendlier.

I didn’t know much about the new clones but I believe her name was Areefa and she helped me pick out the best cologne I’ve ever purchased I got the YSL Myself, Thanks Areefa for the great service!

I went in today with my fiance to help me get color matched for a foundation since I haven't had a foundation in about a year. I usually do full glam, but, for some reason, I just haven't went out and gotten a new foundation. I mentioned my concerns about color matching since I have some sallowness around my mouth and redness, and a worker named Kaijah truly made me feel listened to. They got me some samples so I can try out the foundations and better understand which I enjoy better as time goes by.Not to mention Kaijah's skills with color matching. After hearing my concerns about foundations usually being too dark, too yellow, or too pink, they mentioned they had a foundation in mind and picked out a haus labs foundation for me to try. On the first try, Kaijah was able to find a foundation that perfectly matched me and helped me apply and blend it into my neck since I prefer to color match to my neck because of my discoloration issues.Kaijah stuck with me every step of me figuring out what I wanted despite the fact that I was only coming in to figure out what I want to come back and buy later on. This worker never made me feel like I was a burden or anything of the sort despite the fact that I came in only half an hour before closing. I think I found the perfect foundation and I'll definitely be coming back to buy the foundation and primer Kaijah helped me find as well as a few other items! All of this and it apparently only Kaijah's first day working at Sephora! I'm happy to have run into such a passionate and kind worker in my search for the right foundation.

I finally found my perfect perfume. Arifa, who helped me pick out the most amazing vanilla/sugar cookie scented perfume, was so knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my preferences. She asked about my favorite scents and guided me through different options until we found the perfect one. She has excellent product knowledge about what will react to my sensitive skin. I left Sephora feeling like i won the jackpot, and every time I wear the perfume, I get compliments left and right. I can't thank Arifa enough for her expertise and fantastic customer service! ??

I had Arifa help me at the willowgrove mall. Let me tell you I had the best experience EVER! She was willing to help with anything and she also told me recommendations for my skin type. Anytime you come to this sephora location she will help you with ANYTHING!!!!??

I wasn’t sure what products to use for my newly dyed hair, and Arifa provided me with a hand selection of products, grabbing me some samples, and even giving me directions on when and how to use the samples when I take them home! Thank you so much! Best experience I had at Sephora, if I’m being honest.

I really like to browse shop (spend lots of time in a store and only get one or two items), which is especially common in a mall. I love Sephora, skincare, and makeup, but the last few times I have gone have included being followed around the entire store and being repeatedly asked by the same employees if I need help. I work in customer service, so I understand that there are requirements you need to go to, but there were heavy undertones of distrust. They did not want to help me, they were making sure I wasn’t stealing (every two minutes). I repeatedly told them I’m just browsing and will ask if I need help, but the same ~3 employees kept saying something every two minutes. I was with a friend, and we were just walking, talking, and testing/smelling products and perfumes. I ended up buying something out of pressure and guilt, and it was overall a negative experience— I’ll stick to Ulta and online Sephora now.
