I went in today to get my check engine light looked at. Everyone was friendly, especially Oriana! I was nervous before coming in today, but she gave time for me to ask all of my questions and gladly answered them. She was very welcoming from the start, and transparent about costs/waiting time. I didn’t have to pay for the inspection as the car is still relatively new and under warranty. I did pay for wiper replacements, but it was a recommendation, and not from pressure. Definitely recommend Oriana!

Amazing buying experience and quick service. Jae was so helpful in understanding requirements and communicating everything. They did not push at all to use their financing or buy any add ons. Instead they explained everything in depth and everyone knew what they were talking about. I would definitely redirect my friends to use this dealership in future and keep in touch with them if anything needed.This was such a relief after having a bad experience at another dealership.

At first, our experience with this dealership was amazing. 4 months later, we still have not received our registration, and now we are unable to drive the car. When we called to speak to the salesperson, he was told to drive the car, and they would pay for the ticket (never mind the car would get towed and points on our license). After several calls and being avoided, they stated they were trying to get the title. After no contact, we have reached out to the better business. This has been beyond frustrating, and I would reconsider before buying a vehicle from this dealership!!!!

Put a deposit down of $500 on a vehicle that was used. Abington Hyundai was unable to release to me the car because the vehicle title had the incorrect mileage shown on it...I was told that they would work to have the vehicle title corrected thru Pennsylvania Motor vehicle Agency....It has now been two weeks and still the title is not corrected. I have sent e@mail to the salesman Anthony Tomeo and spoke with him on the phone about having my deposit returned. After doing so I have been unable to speak with him or receive any respondence with my
[email protected] spoke today with Finance thru a person known as HP..He promised me that he would take care of the refunding my deposit back to my credit card, and call me back to advise me of the same...I have heard nothing from anyone at the agency and can reach no one via their phone because no one will answer their phones and the mail boxes are full...I would advise everyone to stay clear of this dealership due to their poor customer relations...Very unprofessional to say the least...Purchase your vehicle at another dealership for sure....

Drove from an hour and a half away during a tropical storm to look at a Hyundai Elantra HEV Limited listed for 25k and change. After test driving the "sales manager" Shay/Chai said the car was listed for the wrong price online and was actually about 5K more than their website.Wasn't willing to come down on price at all even when the website falsely advertised price is their fault and I spoke to three people and emailed all week.Complete bait and switch for a long distance customer.

We had the best service ever. John Gomez helped my sister and I get the car that we wanted. His professionalism and customer service is amazing. All other team members also were very courteous and professional. Great place for car shopping, never felt pressured nor rushed to make a quick decision. Had a great experience.

I was very disappointed when I went in for a new vehicle. There was a pleasant young man who was quick to assist me, but before he could take care of what I wanted, he was directed to take care of something else and had to leave me sitting for a bit. That's not the kind of customer service I expect when I am trying to buy a car. I don't fault the young man but more so the person who instructed him to handle something else when he clearly had a new potential customer. I decided to get my vehicle from another dealership.

I was looking for a CPO Hyundai Tucson. Found one on the AutoTraders site on Saturday night. My brother called Hyundai of Abington on Monday to get more information. He spoke with sales manager Anthony who passed us onto John Gomez. John advised that the car would be ready to test drive upon our arrival. We arrived at the arranged time and the car was ready. John took us for a test drive. He was personable, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. After having a horrible experience at a completely different dealership in another state and being directly lied to, John was honest and operated with integrity. He is a gem. Anthony the sales manager also answered all our questions and went above and beyond. He too is a gem. Highly recommend this dealership for a new or CPO vehicle, particularly working with John as a sales person and Anthony as a sales manager. HP in finance and Dan the service manager also made our experience seamless.

I brought my car for a software update to the Abington location of Hyundai and the service was exceptional. Nic was ultra professional and delivered stellar service.There is a waiting area with coffee, snacks, and water that you can have while you wait for your car to be serviced. The whole experience went very smooth, I docked one star as one of the lights on my car says my airbags may need replacing and no one said anything to perhaps schedule another appointment to have that serviced? All good though, I may use them in the future or a local dealer as I am always afraid to bring my car to a dealership as typically they are the most expensive spot for repairs from my experience. I can recommend the Abington location based on my experience and advise others who have come here to please review Abington as the current average review is quite low. Are these reviews from the long ago past or has service been stepped up on all fronts?As always people SYOY!!!!

I recently visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle. During my visit, I was shown a vehicle that I was extremely interested in. I advised the sales representative by that I would be able to bring in my pre approval letter from BOA. About an hour or so later, I brought back the letter and began to proceed with getting an insurance quote for the vehicle. Oddly, mid transition that another sales representative came over to advise sale representative that I was working with that the vehicle is not ready and could not proceed with the sale with no valid reason. Which left me extremely frustrated after spending hours there. After expressing that I would wait for the vehicle to be ready. Multiple sale representatives became to act suspicious in my presence. I was left the impression that Hyundai of Abington did not want my business. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the quality of service I received. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Our out of town family member has a 2023 Hyundai Palisade, which broke down at their hotel and had to be towed. Upon arrival at Hyundai of Abington, we were told that they do not have room or staff to fix the car and they would not allow the tow truck to unload the car. The employee said that we could make an appointment for the middle of September but we could not leave the car there until the appointment. She offered no suggestions on how or where to get the car fixed. When I said I guess the moral to the story is to not buy a Hyundai, they did not disagree.
