It’s my favorite place to buy a phone and they always serve me out. It’s not like the Apple Store you have to have appointment you just walk into T-Mobile and grab your phone right away and very good service and nice people too.

Long story short - Daniel J (T Mobile Expert at Willow Grove Mall) fixed a problem with a T Mobile sim card setup that two other stores in King of Prussia could not do. Daniel fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. On top of that he was extremely professional and very nice. He truly is a mobile phone EXPERT and he made a really made bad experience into a good one.

Great service at this new corporate store in the Willow Grove Park Mall. Believe it or not it was even better than the Apple store. Upgraded an iphone, added a line and got a terrific promotional discount. Justin and Chris really know their stuff there. So nice to be pleasantly surprised, I usually have low expectations at a mobile store.

I would like to first express my sincere admiration for T-Mobile Willow Grove’s professional service. I also want to shout out Daniel J for helping me out today. Not only was Daniel dedicated to delivering wonderful sale information, but he was very cooperative and full of great hospitality. It seemed as though I was doing business with a life long friend or family member. Thanks again.

Stopped in the other day just to ask a question and left out with 4 new phones, internet service, an Apple Watch and a new iPad. Daniel, our sales rep, was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, just a real class act. I stopped in with my two daughters and right away Dan grabbed some paper and pens to keep the kids occupied while we talked. I thought that was really thoughtful and it helped too! Every time I talked or cut Daniel off he would stop and just listen. He really did a great job at hearing me out, answering my 500+ questions and getting me exactly what I wanted. He was thorough while setting everything up and even stayed late after the store closed to help us transfer our phone data over. While he was working with us, which took about 2 hours, he still managed to greet every new customer that walked in and assure them that someone would be over to assist them. At one point the store was packed and every sales rep was out on the floor helping customers but not once did anyone complain or talk down to one another. This store has a nice team and they seem to all get along with each other. Highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Daniel when you go!

Sean was great! He fixed the camera on my daughter's Iphone 13 for free! We went to the Apple store first assuming they were the experts but they wanted $200. Sean simply reset the phone and it was fixed! We'll go to TMobile first from now on!

The service was above 5 stars. Mike the TMOBILETechnical Man who solved all my problems was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant. My WIFI was not working. I had no idea how to setup a new system. Mike fixed everything so all I had to do was plug it in and follow Mikes instructions. I wish more technician would be like Mike. Mike is a the TMobile mall location. I had tried other locations but they had no idea what I needed. I told them the same thing I told Mike." My WIFI is down ".Thanks Mike

I would like to thank Jasmine and the manager for their professional and courteous service. They took time to address my issue. I also like remind tmobil customers to be aware that there are corporate stores and franchise stores. I cannot emphasize enough:Make sure you patronize corporate store. Before I dropped by to Willow Grove store, I went one near my house in Bethayer shopping center T-Mobile store. I needed to transfer a Sim card from my old phone to new phone. They charged $10, no credit card, only cash was accepted. Explanation- credit cars machine was not working. Not convincing if you ask me. Then, it will cost another $15 to transfer data. When I mentioned these facts to Jasmine, she was furious. She relay this injustice to her manager and the manager was speechlessn. They were more angry than I was which soothed my anger. So, please be aware of these shady franchise stores. And, go and see Jasmine, she will take care of you as if you were a family member. And they even take credit card. Can't beat that.
