The lady who gave all miss leading information and put as in trouble lost around 250 bucks. we ask about it they were not even care. Very unprofessional. And I got to know that it is a third party store and they r trained like that . Make sure when you go to t mobile store it owns t mobile itself

The workers at this location DO NOT care about customer service. They all have attitudes and are rude to customers. They are so awful that it turns you off from wanting to come in for new phones at this location. Not to mention, they are careless and make mistakes when trading in/ upgrading phones. Overall, it makes you second guess wanting to have TMobile service because these employees are so mean. The man and woman working here on Tuesday 1/30/24 at 10am should highly consider finding other jobs because they were miserable and of no help to my husband when he came in for help.

They told us to come in for a warranty phone and lied and told us that there was a cracked in the phone and call insurance . They lied to us! Terrible management! They told us they would give us a phone and they didn't!

Cesar was amazing at helping me sort out issues with my work phone. This store is the best T-Mobile store in the area. I highly recommend this store over any other T-Mobile store in the area.

Jamie helped me and was super nice and helpful. Jamie also made sure my data and personal info was secure, and that I understood the precautions she was taking. The store was super busy, but I did not feel rushed. I would go out of my way to go to this specific t mobile store.

The store manager and it’s self is very rude of a person because my mom ordered the phone a replacement and she said she will not take my old phone and now they will not give me the new phone. Please do not go to this t-mobile.

A person in charge named Diyma is not customer friendly! Another fairly new rep was trying to assist me. This assist mgr was screaming across the room that I can’t use Wi-Fi at the store. I did not come the store to use Wi-Fi. I have gig speed Wi-Fi at home. I can to xfer data instruction after adding a new iPhone to my account. Her rudeness when I called in and the in person experience made me stop going there even though the location is convenient. I hope Tmobile takes her out of her role and give some remedial team and service training. T mobile is the best. I’ve been a customer for 20 years. This store stinks avoid it.

Walked in to get general help on my phone. When I walked in, was barely greeted. Finally, someone, a lady, asked what I needed. I told her. She didn’t try to help, just said to go to Apple Store. Not great customer service or energy at this branch. I’ll find another one to go to.

The worst service I could’ve ever possibly gotten. I went into the store with a voicemail problem and I was told by the young lady there that she couldn’t help me. I had a call the one 800 number I left and went to the T-Mobile store in Willow Grove Mall and they fixed it within five minutes of . I would never walk into that store again, and it may stop me from using T-Mobile in the future.
