This place is extremely understaffed not to mention extremely rude, unprofessional staff. Spent 35 minutes in line waiting to talk to a teller just to then be told to go into the drive through since the system was down. They also claimed that you can’t deposit coins (that are already counted). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never be returning to this branch as long as I live.

I like management but some of the employees working there should probably be doing something else for a living. One in particular is Brandon at the drive through. He is rude, unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. If it weren't for Nahira I would have moved all 6 of my accounts to another lending institution. Customer since 2010

Most inconvenient bank I’ve ever been in. Waited one half hour today for basic transaction and every time I’ve been here. Fortunately I was closing the account. Never again!

Darrel S. was so pleasant in helping me today I wanted to publicly say THANK YOU. He was at his desk and got up to ask if I needed help because the two tellers were involved in lengthy transactions. I jokingly said, "where did the lollipops go?"He smiled and went in the back and put a variety of flavors into a little envelope and brought them out to me with the happiest smile. He was wearing a mask but I could see it in his eyes. I was having a rough day and ...his gesture made it all better. Thank you for him and the very enjoyable experience. I appreciated it!!!!!!

I visited this branch in distress due to TD banks awful telephone communications regarding my account, the only person that truly helped me was the Willow Grove Branch manager Darryl Singleton. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable, understanding and kind to me and my situation, he rectified it within 24 hours and communicated to me what had been done! He is a great Manager and I will tell all my friends just how well he treats customers!

TD Bank employee driving around in a white car chasing everyone out of the parking lot saying: “You need to clear out. We need this space to get in and open”. You mean the entire parking lot is closed to your account holders?! She then proceeded to park her car do no one could enter the lot. Park next door and walk over to use the ATM machine? Negative stars for customer service. Took cashback from the CVS next door. If your looking for service try another location.!
