“Great customer service. Dedicated to fixing the problem the right way. All the gentlemen are awesome and helpful and explain anything you may have questions with. Pleased with the work that I has been done or gotten done and to be done in the future. Staff seems great, just not sure A/C is something they specialize in on cars 25 years old.
Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

We’re a busy food business and Tibin has gone above and beyond to secure us trucks when needed (we specifically needed reefer trucks and ones with lift gates) which have been difficult with other providers during “black outs” where certain trucks have been hard to source.”

“I have a small driveway but needed a bigger truck for my landscaping business. Bentley truck services had the perfect solution, an Isuzu NPR gas with an aluminum dump bed. The cab over design of the Isuzu trucks makes it about 4 feet shorter than an American truck with similar GVWR. The Isuzu itself is lighter, so is the aluminum bed compared to a steel bed. All of this means I got a compact truck capable of significant payload for a great price.They delivered the truck to Virginia. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies between the advertised truck and the truck that was delivered, namely an underbody tool box and steps to access the tarp.I brought this up to Greg Lamb and he assured me that he would rectify the problem. Being that I had already bought the truck, I had doubts this would ever happen. He arranged to have the work done at a welders halfway between us. I brought it in and the work was done in a matter of hours.I couldn’t be happier with the truck. It is the perfect truck for our purposes.”
“Bradley at the Warrington Truck rental was extremely professional and very helpful with assisting on swapping out a rental truck. He handled the details with the insurance company on getting me the truck that was better suited for my needs. Sam also assisted before Bradley took over.”

“Colmar U Haul makes truck rental easy, quick, and convenient and that was with only partially utilizing the app ! And the check-in post use was great also. Of course I did follow the instructions and filled the gas tank to the designated level and swept out the back of the truck.”

“I recently rented a cargo van from this location to move a china cabinet from point A to point B. The process couldn't have been any easier. Under 10 min check out process with a major debit/credit card and off we went in a brand new van with just over 6K miles. Van was easy to drive, clean and with plenty of cargo room 9' in the back. Furniture pads, dolly's and hand trucks are also available to rent at a modest fee. I returned the van later that day. Check in was even easier. Drove right up and was met by an employee who took receipt of vehicle while logging in fuel level, mileage and quick check for damage. Whole cost was $114 which included various city/state rental fees, mileage, insurance and $15 for refuel. I drove a total of 82 miles. I was packaged at a base rate of $89.99 which included 100 miles. This was a way cheaper option than the advertised $19.95 a day which doesn't mention $.99 a mile. Get the insurance for $10 which makes you only responsible for a $150 deductible should the need arise as opposed to the $500 deductible that comes along with my auto insurance. Overall, I have to give this a 5 star experience!!!”
“I liked that there was staff at the facility on time. I had an issue with retrieving my rental through the mobile app. And I had an issue with the gas amount & the staff member was able to fix it to it's correct amount of gas.”
“Very easy check in. I rent from U-Haul intermittently and always look at this location first because it's efficient. You just need to order your vehicle in advance since it's also a mechanics garage so they don't have a parking lot filled with trucks like the larger U-Haul offices.”
“This was an excellent experience, not like the Roosevelt Blvd location. PJ was great, service was quick, and equipment in very good shape and ready in a few minutes. This is definitely my new UHaul favorite location.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank Robert Howells, the GM, U-Haul Montgomeryville for participating in St. Agnes clothing drive for the Sarnelli House in Phila (Kensington). The Sarnelli is a Homeless shelter that provides daily meals. It also has a storage area for the homeless to pick out clothing. St. Agnes donated over 40 bags of clothing, jackets, blankets, sleeping bag. Robert was generous in donating a storage unit for us to store the clothes until we were able to deliver which we did today. Thank you Robert for helping with our clothing drive.”

“I had a hitch installed on my car. It was a simple installation, no lights or brake attachments. I arrived at 7:00 AM when they opened and I was on my way by 8:45.
There is no place to comfortably wait while the work is being done, hence the 4 stars but a great experience when its all said and done.”

“I experienced some barriers with my online reservations, and order for moving supplies, however I went in person to Uhaul - Allegheny and was promptly assisted by Storage Mgr, Gary and Cameron. Ms . Cameron addressed the error I made in my reservation and effectively explained what occurred. Ms. Cameron offered to assist me with taking my moving supplies to my vehicle, however, there were other customers waiting and I thanked her for offering and politely declined her assistance, so that she could attend to the other customers.
