first - they closed at 5pm.
second - there were no mail slot drop boxes to safely leave mail like some other mail facilities. nor were there any signs if they did have one outside of the building.
third - i found a blue mail box around the rear of the building after walking around the long way.

If you want your mail to get stolen, send mail through Willow Grove. Literally 95% of the cards that get sent to my parents never make it there. Such a disgrace stealing birthday and holiday cards from old people. Special place in hell for these people.

Tried calling 5 times within extended period of time and no one ever picked up. With their hours, someone should be available by phone since most people don’t get done work until after 4

I would have given 4 stars to Lisa, the worker who seems to be happy about her job or just been nice to customers. However a star looks perfect for the inconvenience caused by paying extra for the shipment and not getting my package delivered on time. And this wasn’t due to changes in the weather but wrong data put in the system.

The women who work here are just miserable all the time. The young man who works the front actually smiles and seems like he enjoys his job and is pleasant to deal with. I have no idea why but when you drop off a package at this particular location it will sit for 24 hours before it actually has any movement. If you drop a package off In Roslyn or Jenkintown or other surrounding facilities the package ships immediately. Not sure what is going on at this location that it takes an extra 24 hours to ship but it’s really annoying. I usually try to avoid this location at all costs.

They lost my passport and application when I sent it in to get renewed. They were not helpful and gave me a ton of attitude when I went in person and told them the tracking never updated. Never apologized. DO NOT GO HERE.

The lady at the postal service had horrible customers service the tape on my packaging came off and she forced me to buy tape from the office even though she had a Roll of tape and proceed to laugh as I was putting it on money wasn’t the issue but the service was horrible I simply needed tape again because it came of the package.would never come back.

This one clerk- yeah I said this !! a woman with burgundy hair has got to be the most unpleasant post office worker my goodness! Give her a raise or something to make her at least be pleasant with the people that come up to her! I completely ignore the attitude but thought nope gonna post it and hope someone from post office at least reads this! if we don't bring our mail in she has no job what the heck is wrong with people? Why is this world so darn miserable! clerk 5 get a grip!!

Don't ever ship anything from here. I lost my package worth $135. It didn't reach to destination. And it kept on showing it's delivered online.
