Please BEWARE!! Guys at front are charging $20 order processing fees toward customers glasses order even though the insurance covers everything. We came back to pick up and the women associate confirmed there was no fee to be issued so they got us for $20.

No grace if you are late. I was 10 minutes late my appointment and they were going to make me reschedule. Blow it out of your hind quarters. You suck I have been to this location before and it was ok.

Wow , as a customer for years the blatant negligence i experienced with scheduling a recent eye exam makes it seem like the negative reviews really are what this visionworks represents... First , you cant actually talk to anyone . Only automated voice machine to schedule anything . Then , doctor doesnt feel like working monday so the day i took off for eye exam is now canceled , and rest of the week is booked ??? And then i call back with no way to speak to the person who called ??? NEVER AGAIN , STAY AWAY . Some of us like to work and dont have mondays to reschedule cuz of a tummy ache . You call me multiple times to remind me , yet the doctor can call off morning of exams ??? Extremely unprofessional and am disappointed

Quick customer service and on time appointment. Eye exam was thorough. The associates were nice and tried to make the experience the least impactful to my wallet. Very good experience overall. The store was very busy though because it was after 4 pm.

If you can get through the first part of the exam without them yelling at you (I painfully had to watch a child get yelled at as the lady gave unclear instructions, very hard to watch), the optometrists are good. But then they lie about pricing and add surprise charges to your bill, so I won't be returning.Edit: the response below is a joke. They ignored my call for 3 weeks. I had to call 3 more times to get anyone to resolve my issue. But when you call them out publicly they reply in a day? Wow.

A very pleasant atmosphere. Two people had called out on President's Day and the personnel made sure everyone was taken care of. My first time and will continue to be my go to place for glasses ?

From walking into my appointment to leaving the whole staff was very caring and welcoming. OD Sherman was great and very informative when checking my eyes. Would definitely recommend.

The Willow Grove location is absolutely filthy. Fingerprints on all the glasses, all scratched up and the staff was rude when we mentioned it was dirty. They blamed it on their alcohol cleaner they use. We tried to be polite about it but it was so disgusting.

The professional business demeanor of your staff rep, Ms. Cheryl. She assisted my husband and I with selecting the best frames for our faces. She also took the time to explain the different additional benefits along with the corresponding prices.
