From the Brosman Security truck flying around the parking lot weaving between the landscaping like it's a slalom to the lack of care from the majority of workers we talked to this is one spot to avoid.

Due to poor planning at this store, I had to cancel a pick-up grocery order in late August. Walmart NEVER credited or otherwise returned my $135. And when I tried to return a bike to the store that I had ordered on line, store customer service wouldn't process return for the bike. It had been shipped to me WITHOUT BRAKES. Instead they recommended I contact Allstate, their insurance company, who never called me though I left 3 voicemails. What a run around!!! Have cancelled my online account. Will not buy ANYTHING that I can't get in a store.

The Walmart at the Willow Grove location has gone downhill for several years. I no longer order milk, bread or fruit from this store because it is never fresh. Milk and bread is usually past the expiration date but they will sell it to you anyway. The fruit is soft, rotted on the inside and bruised on the outside. They don't give you a problem returning this stuff but it shouldn't be sold when it is not fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if this store closes down. I don't want this to happen but you can see from all the bad reviews that this store is awful. It's a shame because many years ago this was a very nice store.

I have been shopping at this walmart since before they moved to present location from Acme shopping center. I have noticed a big difference lately. Your help is rude to customers. And if you have the audacity to ask for help- 9 out of 10 employees give you the cold shoulder and make you wonder why you even bothered. I love the store but the help needs to learn about customer service. Especially the employees who run around the store filling orders for shoppers who pick up their groceries. You almost take your life in your hands if you encounter one of these employees- if you don't get out of their way they almost run you over. I'm not saying that all employees are like that- because there are some very special Ones that I can't name but can tell you they make your store shine. One lady is at the self checkout and is older and has gray hair- another is short and is older and has dark hair and the last one is in a line she is older and is thin and average height and all three of these ladies always has a smile on their face and are always helpful. You need more employees like these three , hate to say it but the young ones do not know how to speak to people , plus I see the younger ones on their phones texting a lot- that can't be good for business- their not working if they are on their phones. I had to let you know that things are not like it used to be- maybe you can change it even a little would help

Poor customer service! Attitude galore. Customer' service tone in their delivery is as if I was bothering them instead of trying to help a customer out. Opens at 6 but no one in the store has a key to be able to purchase a 10 portable charger that is locked up along with every other item in electronics. Please explain how employees with the key doesn't come in till later. What if that person is ill and doesn't come in? Sounds to me like poor planning and the cause for sales to be lost.

Came here today to return a stud finder and ended up walking away without the stud finder or my money. The original transaction involved a Visa gift card and an American Express credit card. For the cost of the stud finder, I was expecting the money to be returned to my American Express Card or to at least receive cash back. Instead, the customer service rep when she completed the refund transaction the money went back onto the Visa gift card which I no longer have in my possession and the person who gave it to me wouldn't have the card number information either. I asked to speak to a manager, and they told me to call the 1800 number on the back of the gift card and the company can send me a new gift card. I haven't tried this yet, because the first thing I have to do is figure out whether this was a vanilla gift card or something else. I have never had this happen before and wasn't even aware that this could happen. Usually you have the option to get cash back, but nobody asked me anything. So now Walmart has their item back and I don't have my money. Makes no sense why they can't initiate refund back to one of the selected methods of payment. I don't get their system.

I am writing this review for the vacuum packed $5.00 hoagies... um no, just no! Why even sell something so horrendous? I am certain nobody is buying these sandwiches.... I actually like this Walmart, people watching makes it great. It's a Walmart, a super center with droid and pet supplies and a solid outdoor area. If you need a hoagie there are much better options nearby!

I actually really enjoy going to this Walmart compared to the other Walmarts in the area (Warrington and Hatboro locations). The number one reason being because their selection is so much better always - for clothing , seasonal decor - you name it ! It's a super Walmart so maybe that is why but I think they also are better staffed and stocked in general probably because it is always SO BUSY! They just recently updated their self checkout as well. Sometimes due to how busy it is it can get very messy - particularly in the food section which is why this isn't a five star for me. Sometimes there are a lot of people and it's a little congested but I usually still can get in and out pretty quickly! I wish customers respected the store a bit more because it really is a great Walmart with a lot of resources.

This was one of those let me stop and grab some stuff. We dropped in here to pick up some desserts for a family gathering on a Tuesday night. The first thing I noticed is that they had an abundance of handicapped buggies. A+ for that. The second thing I noticed is that the store was empty. There was no hogging up the tomatoes or the apples. There was no saying excuse me or pardon me. It was nice to be able to have virtually the whole store and every aisle almost to yourself. I know that may not be good for the store, but it was good for me that night. Whenever I go to a Walmart in a different city I always go to their home goods, home decor that type of thing. This store did not fail. If I had been in a car traveling I would have grabbed a ton of stuff, but I flew this time. I did however grab some some necessities, wax melts, just little things that I can throw in my suitcase. Everything was pleasant in this store. I have no complaints.

Their curbside service is utterly terrible. Someone hangs up the phone for pick-up, and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Plus, the check-in feature in the app doesn't work.

Had a pretty decent shopping experience until I got to checkout and a woman with a horrible wig and even more horrible makeup resembling Shanaynay from Martin came over to assist with checkout at a line with a cashier already there. This lady had a demeanor as if I'm going to to take something because my cart was full of groceries. She totally ruined my shopping experience, and I usually have a great trip here every-time.

Excellent and outstanding service. Appointment necessary to keep a limit on the number of people there at one time. Exam done well and pricing was fair and helpful. Signs indicated the need for full face masks and even to not ever slide it down. They were very careful EXCEPT the gentleman there never covered his nose and at times while we waited he had it totally off, even when talking to customers. That contradicts the signage.
