I had some old savings bonds I wanted to cash in, and I was able to do so at this Wells Fargo branch on Easton Road. Brandon Laurent helped me, and he was wonderful: knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Tori was also great (I think her last name might be Johnson, but I am not sure.) While waiting in line, I had a chance to observe both Brandon and Tori helping other customers as well. Tori helped a mother with her sweet baby, who was also a bit fussy (understandably, it was lunch time!) Tori was very patient with them both. Meanwhile, Brandon helped an older man, who came in with a young girl. Brandon walked them through the process of their transaction and what they wanted to accomplish with such care and consideration. I was so impressed with everyone. Thank you, Brandon and Tori!

Just stopped in today and had the best experience with Brandon, Tori, and Ciani. They were very friendly to me and the others that were in the bank at the time. My withdrawal was quick and efficient so I will most definitely be coming back to this branch in the future.

Some women with a Eastern European accent answered the phone .. didn’t catch her name. Asked a question about a Wells Fargo IRA and was told I have to deal with my bank for bank statements….. not at ALL what I was asking for thanks for not listening. I then again explain what I’m looking for and am told I have to do that online. The online 1800 number told me that I have to go into a brick and mortar…. So so sick of being told different things depending on who you speak too. Called a branch closer to my house was assisted by a MUCH more pleasant human being and AMAZINGLY he knew what I was requesting and got me an appointment to get it handled!

The branch manager is the best banker I have ever met before in this country. She is warm and kind with professional knowledge. She solved my issue on my account with warm heart. Great place to go and do business.

The bankers, tellers and manager go above and beyond. They are exceptionally knowledgeable about the services, products and information as it regards business accounts. Every experience has been a pleasure and I look forward to always going to this specific WILLOW GROVE branch.

Everytime I talk to a banker here they try to force Wells Fargo banking products on me that I don't need. They aren't concerned about me as a customer at all.

The level of efficiency is so low and ridiculous for this bank. The only person that deserves the 1 star that I have given (wish I could give 0) was the teller. She apologized for the wait, explained they have a lot of commercial customers and suggested that I set up a wire transfer for future transactions. The transaction that I made today is a transaction that I make every month. I made the mistake of expecting this branch to be as efficient as the other branches I have visited. I stood in line for close to 15 minutes while the 3 tellers assisted 3 customers. All of which were commercial. At one point, one customer was assisted by the manager and 3 (yes THREE) tellers. The manager talked to him for 5 minutes. A conversation that should have happened at her desk. Really! Recommendations: If you have that much commercial business, designate (like most banks do) one or maybe two tellers to the commercial accounts. That way consumers that are making simple deposits or withdrawals can be assisted in a more expedited manner. Just a thought. I won't be back.

Atm is very expensive for non customers
