My daugther bought two dresses a week ago and tried to return one today but the store associate was very rude and accused her of wearing this dress. I came just to deal with it and she did t even let me speak, she cut me off and walked away. The dress had tags attached and hasn’t been worn by my daugther. I pointed out that there were many girls who tried this dress In The store before we bought it. But no luck. She simply walked away from the register when I asked for a store manager. Very disappointed with the service and attitude.

I really like Windsor for the most part. They have a decent selection to choose from. However, in my opinion, the store is way too small for the amount of people that are always in there, and they are SEVERELY understaffed. There are always lines at the dressing rooms, and I've only ever seen 1 or 2 employees working at one time. I've never had a bad experience with an employee, but I still think they need at least 3-4 people working.
I also didn't like this at all - My daughter chose the dress that she wanted, but we needed it in a smaller size. They said that they could order it and that if it didn't fit, we could return it. She kept looking and found another one that she liked more. When I went to purchase it, the employee told me that it was non-refundable. I don't think that's fair. Why is it acceptable to return something that I order online but not acceptable to return something that I bought in-store? If they could tell people why this is their policy, it would help a lot.
Overall, they have nice dresses for very reasonable prices. We do shop here almost exclusively for dresses, but the size of the store makes it uncomfortable to be in, and again, there are not enough employees to handle all of the customers. I'll be back, but I hope that some of these things change in the future.

My fiancé brought 3 items on Black Friday. Unfortunately one was a skort so she returned it because she didn’t realize it was. She was hurrying to buy the stuff on her lunch break since she also works in retail. They kept the receipt because they said they have to keep it for their records and so she came home with 2 items. She tried them on and realized the one item was a romper not a small dress so we tried returning it the next day. The person behind the counter told me that we couldn’t return it because it was exchanged already. I was confused because, no it wasn’t. Turns out when you return an item, every other item on that receipt can’t be returned and all are considered “Exchanged”. I feel this is a really stupid policy that wasn’t relayed to neither of us. She has shopped there before with no issue and now we are out $30 on an item she doesn’t like and I can’t even get store credit.

Got such cute stuff, I love the store manager India so much especially! She is so helpful with making recommendations for what you’re looking for and is beyond sweet. All associates there were so amazing, and I am so happy with what I bought. Customer service is 12/10

Customer service here is phenomenal, the store manager India goes above and beyond satisfying her customers that come shop here , we need more employees and management like this . The other Windsor store in Franklin Mills Mall need more employees like India , she's doing a great job running that store , I definitely will be back

I absolutely love the store manager India… Willowgrove store is my go to Windsor.
Friendly staff, fashionable taste it’s a fashionista dream.
I went in there today for one dress left with 4 and a pair of shoes for $89. I saved $175
Babe beeeeee I’m SNATCHED TO THE GAWWWDSZ with these dresses lol

Came to Windsor today looking for a dress. The store is closed even though it is store hours. One of the associates is sitting outside the store waiting and informing me and other customers that the store is closed for now and she has no idea when it will be opening back up but that it will open back up today. When I asked her why she repeated the store is closed for now… the store is closed for now… I’ve counted at least 4 customers attempt to stop at the store only to be told that the store is closed for now. What in the ghetto mess is going on at Windsor?

My daughter called the store to see if a particular shoe was in stock. The website said there was one pair in her size in the store. The store associate said there was one pair. My daughter asked her to hold the shoes and she would be there within 2 hours as it was a 30 mile drive one way. My daughter needs these particular shoes for a wedding. When she arrives at the store, my daughter finds that the associate pulled a beige pair of shoes. The shoes my daughter requested were black and had given the associate the stock number. There was a black pair of shoes in my daughter's size on a mannequin. The associate refused to attempt to replace the mannequin 's shoes with a different size so my daughter could purchase the correct size shoes. Why would the web site and the associate indicate they had one pair of shoes available when in fact they were not. 60 miles of driving and 2 hours wasted. Whatever happened to educated, accommodating associates. If an item is not available because its on a mannequin then the associate should know this and tell the customer while on the phone that they are not available for this reason and not waste our time and money. Glad we didn't take the toll roads. We won't be shopping this Windsor or any other location anytime soon.

Today my daughter and I went to the Willow Grove Store and Lorenny who helped us was Amazing! She was so nice , sweet and helpful !! She helped us pick out the Best Prom dress!!! Can’t Thank her enough !
