1849 Hans Herr Dr, Willow Street PA 17584 About 1719 Museum
Open from April 1st to October 28th. The 1719 Hans Herr House, built in that year by Christian and Anna Herr, is the oldest surviving house in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It is the oldest original Mennonite meeting house still standing in the Western Hemisphere. The 1719 Museum collects, preserves, and interprets artifacts relating to the history, life, and faith of Lancaster County’s first European settlers. Central to these activities is the 1719 Herr House and its immediate grounds, restored and furnished to reflect the period of 1749. A replica Native American longhouse also explores Native American life during the same period.

Out of the way museum but worth it. Tour was very interesting and informative. Very peaceful area. Plenty of parking. Questions were encouraged. Would recommend.

I'm not a fan of museums but it was cool to see everything they had to talk about.
